Management should have focussed on the placements from the initial stage apart from anything else since that gives a college main reputation. Instead they focussed on building construction.

Pailan College of Management and Technology is an engineering and management based college of south Kolkata. Campus life in this college is attractive but the quality of education is average here. Lab and library infrastructure is more than average.

Good teaching staff. Cool labs,Bad bad placement. It was fun learning but had painful time while placements.

The college management is very strict regarding attendance and discipline. If you have shortage in attendance then you will not be allowed to sit in exam.
