OmDayal Group of Institutions has decent infrastructure with labs for engineering and architecture with proper equipment and dedicated space, digital classrooms, a design studio, and well-equipped workshops. Some of the companies that recruit are Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, and Capgemini. There are fewer placements available for Mechanical and Civil branches; however, the internship support is improving. Ans. The curriculum is by MAKAUT and follows a good blend between theoretical foundation and practical experience. The engineering courses that students take focus on core subjects like programming, electronics, and data structures, and also give students optional subjects to build their expertise, which include AI, cloud computing, and machine learning. For B.Arch - the subjects primarily comprise design learning, structural systems, history of architecture, and the students understand the rationale behind design-related techniques, tools, or structural experimentation. Students report that the syllabus is job-oriented and the latest one offered, especially for CSE. Although there is a constant effort to develop courses based on feedback, the industry also facilitates continuous education when it comes to tools and industry-relevant work through live projects. Most of the students from the CSE and AI streams get decent placements from IT firms like Wipro, Infosys, Smart Data, etc. They are pushing internship programs from the 3rd year forward, so you'll have opportunities at least, if only for maybe a coding and/or development position. B.Arch students have a better opportunity in finding a mix of design projects to use for placement and projects based on their portfolios. Ques. What is the admission procedure at the OmDayal group of Institutions?

Ans. Admission in B.Tech is through WBJEE or JEE Main and requires centralized counselling afterwards. Admission in B.Arch is based on a valid score of NATA or JEE Main Paper 2. Lateral entry for B.Tech 2nd years is also accepted through JELET. For BCA and BBA, it may conduct separate CET or provide direct admission or admission based on Merit. Applications are done online, and document verification is done either on campus or in counselling portals.
