Likes
- Faculties are top notch. They are highly knowledgeable, experienced and skilled in their respective fields.
- Sports facilities are also very good. There is a different court or playing area for every sport.
- College location as it is in the middle of the city. You will find everything that you need near that area.
Dislikes
- Intense academic pressure. The rigorous curriculum and demanding schedules can be overwhelming for some students.
- Limited seating capacity in common areas during peak hours.
- Diversity challenges. Being from an engineering background, found it little difficult initially to adjust with the non engineering ones.
Placement Experience:
From 1st term only, students become eleigible for summer internships and from 4th term starting students become eligible for final placements. Average package is around 19.53 LPA and highest package is around 33 LPA. Prominent companies that comes for the final placements are BAIN&Co. , Tata Steel, Wells Fargo, Goldman Sachs. 100% placements is there. After college, I have a plan to join corporate then start my own business after some years.

- The faculty of college is very good teaching staff and non teaching all are very good and kind hearted
- The infrastructure of college is excellent love the campus and Greenery view and classes are also very spacious and well managed
- They provide AC in the classroom and conduct various events which will make your college life really memorable
Dislikes
- They gives lots and lots of assignment which I don't like honestly plus you have study those subjects which u don't need to study
- They require more number of faculty the faculty in this campus are very less.
- Attendance issue they make it a very serious problem which they should not
Course Curriculum Overview:
I want to pursue business on my future that' why I opted for this course.The prepration was not so well but ya it was average. The time they give for paper is very shortly they just give one and half hour for 30 marks paper. The teacher should make the course interesting rather than making it tough and boring. The paper is not so difficulty but it's lengthy so time shortage takes place at that point of time

- The crowd I found at XIMB was fairly good, not exactly Odiya crowd only, but people from many other cultures also, like Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai. Everyone comes with a different experience in life and have something unique to offer.
- The exposure to learning various management skills is pretty good here. Everyone from faculties, to ground staff, to students, everyone will give you an opportunity to learn something new everyday. The campus life will always keep you on your feet.
- XIMB never sleeps, there will be several campus activities keeping you busy at all times, will help you learn prioritization and time management.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is very vast and extensive, reaching into all domains like finance, marketing, systems, operations, and strategy. As an MBA student, it trains you in all important aspects of decision-making as a future business leader and gives immense exposure to stories and case studies around the world. The faculties discuss important case studies, which help in understanding the business decisions and the criticalities of the business world. There are discussions in the classrooms that come with a lot of perspectives of many individuals. The faculties are highly educated, and experts in their fields, with very good industry experience and network. The year is divided into three trimesters, each trimester having its final exams with internal quizzes and assignment submissions.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I was having prior experience in HR, so i took the course to enrich my knowledge
1:30 was the faculty-to-student ratio
all the faculty were experienced in their domain with vast domain knowledge.
The exam schedule was tough, and various exams used to happen on a daily basis with term exams at the end

Placement Experience:
We have excellent placement the highest placement on the campus is 4600000 and the highest domestic placement is 150000 So according to me this is good in terms of ROI. Every student gets good placement some of them 2 offered.

The placement process is very smooth. We are very well informed about the whole process, we form groups and practice. Everyone supports and helps each other in the process. A lot of good companies come and the whole process grooms us well for the corporate life.

By 5th semester the student is eligible for final campus placements. There are more than 50 companies that visit the campus and the college boasts a 100% placement record. The highest package is 72lpa and the median is around 20lpa.

- The ability given to us by the campus to take decisions for the betterment of the college.
Placement Experience:
The students are eligible for placements from the 4th trimester. The college offers a multitude of companies that offer packages as high as 71lpa (Microsoft). There is always a 100% placement guarantee from the college. Once I am placed in a company, I would like to grow in the field, see the growth in the same and try to learn in the field to become an SME.

My friend was a student at XIMB and all the points mentioned below are based on his experience at XIMB.
- Location: Located at the center of the city, no commute difficulties are posed and you can access all off-campus facilities with ease. But the new campus is a bit far from the city and is bigger. Both campuses have world-class facilities.
- Campus Life: Life at XIMB is rigorous and lively and you will always be occupied with classes, committee elections, quizzes, case study competitions, cultural events, and guest lectures. But this rigor will help you learn time management. Nightlife on campus is exciting as a number of exciting things take place at night
- Friendships: Every good college experience requires a good group of friends without which your survival might become more difficult. This friendship will stay with you throughout the year.
- Hostel: The hostel life is thrilling and you will develop an affinity for your Hostel and your Hostel Block will become your pride and identity.
- Faculty: The faculty reside within the campus and are some of the best in the country.
- Case Study Competitions: You can participate in all the major case study competitions to portray your business problem-solving skills.
- Xpressions: This event is in the limelight of the Institute as it showcases what XIMB actually is. The event welcomes some of the top celebrities and gives an exciting experience.
- Placements: Placements are at level with the top 20 colleges. XIMB maintains a decent placement record over years. Recently, the institute released its 2022 placement report. According to the report, the highest salary, average salary & median salary increased by nearly 34.2%, 15.78% & 17.9% respectively as compared to the previous year. The highest salary offered was INR 32.21 LPA & average salary stood at INR 17.54 LPA. The median salary offered was INR 17.10 LPA.
