- The amazing faculty who are passionate about teaching and always willing to help
- The huge range of scholarship opportunities available for university student ranging from partial scholarship cover tution fees only and living cost they also offers 1 lakh worth of scholorship every year
- There are fests, annual prize distribution for academic ,sports performance there are also book fairs, all festivals like lohri and holi are celebrated by gathering of students in ground or auditorium
Dislikes
- There is not much anything to dislike. Students can get problems due to timetable as sometimes we don't have a free lecture.
- Unwanted charges before exams is one of the bad thing of college
- Many parties do unfair activities to win. May be its just to enhance rhe knowledge and competitions skills but sometimes students do wrong things but as i said the students who arent well disciplined are rusticated from our college. Our college has g

- Campus is nice. Not a very huge campus but it's beautifully built
- The students are nice, they are easy to communicate with and there's no ragging and other violence activities
- Teachers are very friendly. We can approach any teacher anytime for any query

- The classes have ventilation problem so if that could be fixed
- Sometimes there are no breaks in between the classes

The companies that usually visit are ICICI bank, Deloitte etc
The percentage of students is low like 1 out of 20 gets placement

- Education is more bookish rather than practical .

Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for placement after graduation or the last year of graduation according to the student. Average package which college provides as a freshers after bcom is 30000. A minimum 65% percentage us required

- Teachers are good but kind of not good it’s very confusing when we get in college after our school in college no one cares
- Because of its good quality of study i am here by chance not by my choice

- Reservation most of the thing I dislike about this college is full of reservations. General people will surely suffer
- 2 thing is the college campus is very small very small its about 16 acres its very small if you are expecting its a big colllege a small class room just like the school , its the same i my home town their are even bigger colleges in size as compared
- Election is the most worth thing i came to know here students are mad to get president of the party , some say because of money and power control over college this is kind of bad thing , instead of committee can be made

My course is bcom , ggdsd college is famous for bcom, it is the best college in chandigarh to study bcom , exams are no so difficult ! Easy to score staff is coll and supportive but they no provide attention to students just teach and move on
Not just like our school . Some teachers are lazy some are good all are phd !

Course Curriculum Overview:
Because B.Com is the most preferred and most advantageous course for BCom students, most of these students who are doing CA also choose BCom as a second option. It helps with your increase in your skills. The faculties are helpful.

- The environment of the college is very friendly. The hostel facilities and the lab facilities are very well maintained.
- The attendance is not a big issue. The fine usually involves a few bucks.

- The college gives special reservation to UT quota students.
Placement Experience:
After the fifth Semester, you are eligible for placements.
Companies like HDFC, Deloitte, Pfizer usually visits the campus with lots of offers.
The average package revolves around 20,000 to 60,000.
The percentage of students getting placements are 80%.
Though Bsc course does not ensure placements, but other courses promise placements.
I would either pursue MBA or would continue MSc in the Biotechnology field.

- No air conditioned classes some classes are small

I chose this course because I want to go with government exams and prepare for them and that's why there are most similar subjects. Faculty members have huge numbers and the class ratio is about 80 students. The faculty's qualifications are very good and the teaching method is good. It was average to pass the exams

- I liked various events that were held in the college like ViaSat, cultural fest, lehri celebration.
- I also like infrastructure of college like the classrooms , buildings and auditorium.
- The food facility is also very good at the canteen.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I am interested in the computer science field that's why I opted for this course. The faculty members are very nice and there is a good faculty-student ratio. Here the faculty members are highly qualified and the teaching method is nice. In one semester, two times exams are taken, one in the mid of the semester i.e. MST(Mid-semester exam), and the other is the end-semester examination.

I choose this subject because my interest subjects were available also with an option of honours. Faculty is well versed and is available to solve the problems of an individual. The teaching method used is easy to understand. Exams are helpful for every semester

My course is not a placement course so students will not get placement in my course. I don't know much about placement in my college. My plan after getting this degree is to pursue master's in chemistry.
