the cafeterias in college campus and canteen
Library is the best place in college campus

Some professors are just boring and irritating
most of students are abusing in front of every one

Fees and Financial Aid:

Fees structure: for bachelor of science(bsc), yearly fees is 34,000. And for bsc biotech it is 70k/year. And i have no idea about any scholarships. Total fees for B.A. is 97,000. This is the fix amount of fees may be not increasing every year. Registration fees is rs. 1500.

SD college is the best in Chandigarh.

Likes

SD college is overall good college in Chandigarh.
Infrastructure is very good as compare to other colleges. Apart from studies there are opportunities for students to grow as a human being.

Dislikes

There is not much anything to dislike. Students can get problems due to timetable as sometimes we don't have a free lecture.

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fees of the college is not much.one can easily afford it.ohr fees in first year was approx 30000.noe it is approx 34000.so in total we can say it costs me with 1 lakh of tution fees.aprt from this in a year we have to give the examination fees twice a year that means per semester.students also needs to give fine if there is hort attendance.

Great infrastructure. Large campus with Greenery, well maintained classrooms
Nice college crowd and adequate amount of strictness as well as lineancy

Dislikes

Schedule of classes get hectic in some courses

Fees and Financial Aid:

The college fee is comparatively higher than the other Panjab University affiliated colleges, and there's an increment in fees every year as fees are paid yearly. You would have placement opportunities in your fifth semester but too low vacancies and the package is not that high. It's better to look for internships and placements off-campus.

Likes

food available in canteen is good and affordable
Teachers are helpful and supportive they guide us thoroughly

Dislikes

No placement opportunities for students of bsc
No air conditioned classes some classes are small

Fees and Financial Aid:

College fee was not much high it costs around 25000 a year and there was exam fee of around 2500 a year It was 3 year course No scholarship are available Campus jobs are not available for bsc graduates No placement cell

There are many scholarships which are provided to the students. On the basis of there performance these scholarships are given to the students. Students fill the application form for these scholarships and then on the basis of merit as well as interview students are selected for the scholarship. There are different scholarships of 1200 per semester to 5000 per semester. One student can get benefit of only one scholarship.
