SMIT Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The students have a good academic record till the pre final years are the one eligible for placement drives and campus placement. companies like accenture , infosys, sell, etc have shown interest in selecting candidates from SMIT

The course i am doing us bba and it is very helpful in real world we have subjects like accounting and management in every sem and we have a very specialised teacher who teaches us very well and we have smart classes which helps us understand the lectures well

The upcoming jod opportunities in Fintech sector... I'm Little bit confident about my course Subject selection some subject feels useless Frequency and timings is very bad... It feels hectic for keep up with this...

So I am a second year student and I have heard from my senior that the college have provide a very nice placement and I have seen too So I Can hope incampus placement I dont think any college provide placement for bba but our college do

The degree is designed to give practical experience for the students in the form of project ,industrial visit,interactin with the expert from the industry.If we prefer to do BBA degree it will be good Choi as we can know basics about Human Resources Management.

In 5th semester students are available for sitting in interview and the last 6th semester students become for placement. Tsc ion, byjus, kelvin & calin, lava mobile etc The highest package in the department 35 lac per ann 7.7 cgpa is must for every student for sitting in interviews Not yet but i think soon

SMIT has a very good ranking in the North-East. (2nd Top Private College in the East Zone.) It has about 50+ funded projects. It has 95%+ placement record with good packages offered (22L+ PA highest package offered). One can avail for good internships.

All the sixth semester students are eligible for the campus placements. The placement rate is optimum with the highest packages being 10 lakhs per year. I will most likely do my MBA and work on my own business plans.

I am a resident of Sikkim. For Sikkimese citizens, SMIT gives 30-40% scholarship. Besides, the college is very famous for its education, Ranked best for Placements. SMIT promotes a lot of extracurricular activities other than just Academic parts. It has all kinds of facilities that ensures a better graded education.

At the moment, covid -19, the virus has definitely affected the life of economy around the world and lead most of the business fall apart and create huge changes in the economy have let every one of us know how a pandemic can also create a huge downslope in the business chart. Therefore our faculties had given us topics related to the ongoing issues and asked us to be informed and know about it by simply sharing us the information and the keys to preventing economy downfall in nearer life. Hence, our faculties are prepared to share such information and give us the task of the shared info's keeping us educated enough to learn more about it.
