Placement Experience:

The placement was ok not really good not really bad and most of the campany that come in our campus were mass recruiters some MNCs also come, like Google but they take very low students from smit like 2-3 students

Placement Experience:

students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester onwards. companies in which some of the big names are DELL, ACCENTURE, INFOSYS, STATE STREET, KEYSIGHT TECH . The highest package is 54 LPA (google) and avg package was around 4-5 LPA. 80% students get placements. my plan is to pursue m.tech

Yeah replacement system I am not family or with this placement in all because had just recently join not just recently it's been like one and half year but also in placement system I am not focusing on that side because you know what I don't rely on this college I just need degree from this college and just want to be independent and search for job business on my own this collage is just waste of time still I am saying this tho I cannot do anything about this because I am already in second year so if I leave this college now I have no other option to do better option to do so I am I am stock in this college you can say and replacement system everything is just fine not so much good not

I do not have much idea about this field. If I'm not wrong internships begin from 2nd to 3rd year itself, and placements from 4th year. The avergae package here is around 6 LPA, and the highest package offered is 56 LPA. That'll be all from side.

Faculty is very interactive and some of the teachers are doing it PhD and are on placement teaching us

Placement Experience:

The placement of our college is pretty good for the b.tech students like this year they are getting average of 7 lacs per annum but in BCA course it is 3 lakh or 4 lakh per Adam but in MCA it is 6to7 lakhs

A review to smit college.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements. As currently I'm at 3rd semester I don't have idea about placements and all. The only thing I know is that if you have excellence academic performance you will get great placement which is other word you can say students with high performance in their course will get great placements.

A small overview of SMIT

The placement services are decent but not that good and you would have to really work hard to get a decent package .

Placement Experience:

After the completion of the 6th semester you become eligible for the campus placement. The college has a campus placement training cell which specially trains you for the interviews and placement exams. Companies like Amazon,dell technologies, Microsoft,Wipro , shell etc have isted our campus and have been common recruiters. The highest packege last year was of 54 lakhs per annum by Google and average package was 6 lakhs per annum. About 54% students got placed. I plan on doing a master's degree from an international University as our college trains for the same also

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 6th semester to go for placement and internship. The average package for CSE is 5.5 LPA. Microsoft , Dell , TCS , Infosys etc do visit the campus. The highest is 50 LPA. Almost 90 percent placement rate.

SMIT a good option Option for collage If searching something near Northeast India.

Placement Experience:

The overall placement rate was around 90% the highest offered to passout student was INR 35 LPA furthermore The SMIT Average package stood at inr 6 LPA . We have Training and placement cell at sikkim manipal institute of technology to facilitate placement oppurtunities.

I asked a friend who is currently pursuing a Btech in EEE from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology. Here is what I concluded from his experience

Students can opt for both on and off-campus placements.

The most common recruiters are Dell, Microsoft, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, Sibin Ventures, and other pharma companies.
Students are offered a wide variety of roles like managers, assistant managers, and engineers in different fields like electrical, mechanical, computer, etc.
The range of packages offered is 3 LPA-15 LPA.
The highest package received so far is 15 LPA and the average reached 5-8 LPA.
The placement percentage is around 60-70%.
Some students opt for higher studies to gain more knowledge and become eligible for better packages.
