Remarks

The college is very competent with various sports facilities along with various other activities. It has an amazing ambience and a peaceful study environment in the best of nature. The placement is very good as well. The college also conducts various programmes and workshops to enhance the quality of learning’s and to boost student’s keen imaginations.

Course Curriculum Overview

I was always intrigued by the idea to run my own business which is why taking up BBA was a step forward to what l wanted in life. The student and faculty share a very friendly yet respectful relationship hence creating a calm yet passionate exchange of ideas and knowledge.

Course Fees: INR 128000 per year

Placement Experience

All the sixth semester students are eligible for the campus placements. The placement rate is optimum with the highest packages being 10 lakhs per year. I will most likely do my MBA and work on my own business plans.

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual fees for the course are 128000. However,l pay only 50% of the annual fees owing it to my state scholarships. Further, you can also apply for social welfare scholarships which can also play an important role as financial assistance.

Campus Life

We have a well equipped central library which includes a vast majority of books related to the courses. The college has an annual feat during the month of January and also various departmental feat throughout the year. There are also interdepartmental sports competitions and inter college sports event. The college also has various workshops and clubs to fuel your passion for dance , music, public speaking etc.

There was no placement facilities in the college honestly. I have suffered so many years but I got a job in Bank after facing so many interviews So if you are thinking that Sikkim Manipal University provide you the placement facilities, don't make a dream like this. It is bitter truth that the college does not provide any placement

Placement Experience:

After reaching 6th semester the students get eligible for placement. The students are trained too for the placement process.. The companies visited in our clg are Bajaj finance,HDFC Bank, Moengage,KPMG, UNIQLO etc. The highest package offered till now to my knowledge is provided by Moengage.. The package was 9.25LPA. Regarding the % of students getting placed i think it's 50 % the opportunity is provided to all but to get placed its totally upto the students. My plans after completion of my degree is to get placed in a good company as a manager. Work for 1-2 years and join iim for MBA .

Nice college for distance education

Remarks:

Initially they were providing the weekend classes to the students but later they stopped doing this. So I want them to continue that things with online lectures

Entrance Preview:

No Entrance required as I applied for BBA. I selected this course because I am already working as an associate for an organisation. So I wanted to enhance my career path. Joined wisely

I was selected in for Downtown university but for my personal ease i choose to study in SMIT. No i was not being rejecte form any colleges. Due to some of my personal problems i decided to joing SMIT as wishing to study at the college situated over my own state.
