- Siddaganga Institute of technology is a great college in tumkur and has multiple benefits like it has a huge campus area of 65 acres and lots of greenery in it providing peaceful environment.
- This college offers us with many coding opportunities like competitions held almost every month. These help us to learn and improve coding techniques effortlessly and in a fun way.
Dislikes
- Minimum attendance required is 85% which is hard to manage, even though it makes us attend classes but classes become hectic and hard to handle along with studies.
- Marking schemes for CIE is complicated for a student to understand and obey.
Fees and Financial Aid:
As per the college is situated away from main city of Bangalore and is 60yrs old, the tuition fees are acceptable and comes around 2.7 lakh per year through comedk examination excluding hostel and other charges. Hostel comes around 80k per year which is the cheapest you can get in Bangalore.

For the 2023 batch, COMEDK fees were approx 280000/year but for CET it was 120000/year. The scholarship is provided but only for students who have taken admitted through CET. PLACEMENT is quite good, last year more than 250 companies visited our campus. more than 188 students got packages of more than 10LPA

The fee is a little more. it is about 2.5 lakh per year which includes everything if you come from comedk but it is a little less for the students who came from kcet. kcet is only for Karnataka students.

The fee structure lies between 2 lakh to 2.5 lakh for college fees and 70k for hostel fees. The placement of the college is perfect and appreciable which makes students take admission to it. Many companies visit for recruitment.

The fees for academics are around 2.5 lakh per year and there is no such scholarship provided by the college so roughly you have to pay around 10 lakh for your complete degree and around 5 lakh for hostel and mess

Fee structure is high for comedk candidates.. Last time it was 200000 but this time it is increased to 221000 Scholarships are only available for KCET candidates.. Fee is bit high compared to the level of education. It's not value for money
