The last date to fill in the choices @cetonline.karnataka.gov.in and pay the fee is Sept 2, 2025. The deadline for reporting is Sept 3, 2025. For more details, click here.

29 Aug, 2025 COMEDK UGET 2025 B.E/ B.Tech Round 3 Allotment Result has been published for GM Seats. Check Allotment. The last date for fee payment and reporting is extended to Aug 30, 2025. Further, Round 4 schedule has been revised, and the choice filling facility will be open from Sept 2 to 4, 2025.

Shridevi Institute of Engineering and Technology (SIET), Tumkur was established in 2002 under Sri Shridevi Charitable Trust by the founder trustee Dr. M.R. Hulinaykar. The Institute offers seven undergraduate courses and six post graduate courses with an annual intake of 690 students.

Actually I joined this college through governement Seat from K-CET exam conducted for engineering students to get a good college based on thier rank. So I got this engineering college.the college cutoff when i joined on 2021 was around 60000.

The great Institute SHRIDEVI

Likes

Hostel is near by college and college is inside the city and we get everything we want near the college we don't need to go out for buying

Dislikes

The building is little bit old it looks odd and it need to be renovated
Our college don't have seperate entry gate and it is open for everyone to come in and it should be corrected and only who are related to college they only should be let in

Admission:

I say many other colleges in Bengaluru, Mysore, shivamogga but I got good reviews from the seniors of shridevi college and the way senior addressed us and told as about this college I personally liked it and joined No! I didn't get any rejection from other colleges, I only liked this college and joined here I have joined here for a management site in college office directly through puc marks and minimum 65% is needed and you can also join through Kcet ranking by writing CET exam after puc below 55000 ranking is needed to join CSE branch in engineering in our college

A comprehensive review of My college: Shridevi institute of engineering and technology.

Likes

Social interaction - Overall the social interaction is really good,and the environment is good for social interaction.

Dislikes

Infrastructure - Infrastructure is good but not that great,it is improving but it needs to be more better.

Admission:

The admission process is quite simple,as you have pass your intermediate exams or if you are doing diploma,you must have to pass those exams,for direct admission in this college. But there are also state based exam known as cet for admission of state students,and for outside of the state comedk exam is there. If you get cut off rank you can get admission in this college,for cet you need around 4000 rank to get admitted in this college. You can find application form from college website or you can directly come to the college and get admission. Also if you give entrance exams like cet or comedk you can choose this college based on your rank,and afterwards you have to come to college for further admission process. Exams frequency varies from time to time ,as the duration of each semester is different,if semester duration is less then the exams frequency are high , overall examination level is between easy and medium. Semester duration must be fix and overall fees can be little bit less.

The first thing eligibility of the course was students want to pass in 12th or 2 puc, they would come under management or government quota, I have found application form through college only, as compared to me my college was good placements are somewhat good.

Actually, I got admission through DCET as a lateral entry for engineering 2nd year, when I was searching for the best college around 3 to 4 hrs of the journey from my native HASSAN I found this college in Tumkur. The process was easy and they just ask to meet the management and can discuss the doubts and can get clear.
