My Honest Review of My College

Likes

The Opportunity for Sports is very Good as there are many games available.
Support for the new project ideas and building them
The environment is very Greenish and is beautiful in every season

Dislikes

The Curriculum is very hectic and also the students face issue in keeping up with curriculum.
Not All teachers are convincing, as some of them don't deliver the concepts correctly.
Washrooms usually don't have water in here, especially in the morning

Internships Opportunities:

- The same companies which come for the placements are the one providing the internships to the students. - The stipend ranges from 20,000 to 1,50,000. - The companies include AMD, Amazon, TCS, Adobe, etc. - There are many projects alotted every year for the students, in 3rd year we have to make MINI project and in 4th year we have to make a MAJOR project.

The infrastructure, campus, amenities of the college are very good.
The faculty's of the are well experienced and the teaching syllabus are very close to the practical requirement of the society.

Dislikes

Placements for the hardware branches (CIVIL, MECHANICAL) are still need to be improved
Syllabus are little bit over burden for the students to read.

Internships Opportunities:

inernship opportunities are much less when i was studing dont know about the present condition. for there branches like CS,IS IT some of my friends had internship opportunities and they were helpfull with that.

Best College in Tumkur near Bangalore.

Likes

Teachers are very supportive and have good knowledge in their respective subjects.
The courses offered in our college are good and helpful.
High performance devices are available for students.

Dislikes

Hostel is not so good. The food is worst.
The college is not so supportive for other activities.
Security guards in our college are so irritating.

Internships Opportunities:

More than 150 companies visit our college yearly. The placements are good. The opportunities given by companies are also very good. Companies offer every type of role from SDE to every single role. The internship opportunities are good.

Likes

Wel maintained green campus, really very good infrastructure and its smart components.
Quality of education in the college is really appreciable.
Social and cultural preferences in parallel to studies

Dislikes

Varying working hours in the college is quite more here.
Its difficult to maintain 85% of compulsory attendance, which is really high comparing to any other colleges.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell works really hard to bring more cream level companies to the college. Every year about 40 to 50% of students gets placed in good companies based on thier skills...The companies such as Shobha Developers, LNT have conducted enourmous interviews in past 2 decades in our college and also have taken alot of students to them from here..

Likes

The college has a great campus most of the required things are available in campus itself.
The college supports and promotes students to be part of the non- academic activities in the college.
College has a Incubation center in the college nurturing the startups and provides grant upto 20 lakhs.

Dislikes

College has a more stricter attendance policy with 85% compulsory.
College has more tougher examination and rules surrounding it compared to other Colleges.
The college collects more money for backlog and NE subjects compared to other colleges.

Likes

Campus area is good it's green and clean
Placement is also far good and intership also gets started b/w 2nd and 3rd year
Sports facilities is good,there is cricket ground. Sport complex for boys and girls..gym too

Dislikes

Hostel messs is worst .. It's very repetitive
Language problem is very big issue for local issues
Some subject are irrelevant and need not teach here

Internships Opportunities:

Internship is good.. At the start of 3rd year .. Many intership get offered and they are good... Many at the end of 2 nd year.. They get offer.. I don't know that much companies but heard that it's good there

The way the faculty teach and clear out doubts .
Many extra curricular activities and fests
Engagement in class and projects support is great

Dislikes

Sometimes classes felt hectic no free time
Little strict with regards to leaves or being absent to classes
Could have provided with more job fairs and interview

Placement Experience:

During our 3rd semister we become eligible for placement and there wereany companies which would visit for placement.but unfortunately during pur course due to covid we has some delay in placement but over all many students did get placed in many top companies

Environment of the college is very good and nice.
The time management of college is very nice.
The college lectures are very good at teaching.

Dislikes

Hostel food is not that much good only eatable.
No washing machine available for washing clothes.
No non veg available in mess and not in canteen too.

Internships Opportunities:

Amazon, Flipkart, Cisco, and many companies provide internships from 5th semester students.The internship facility is good.Many Hackathons are conducted it is very helpful for personal skill development.

College environment and greenery is very nice.
Curriculum they are maintaining is up to date.
There are many club activities and fest going on.

Dislikes

Some faculties have less knowledge then required.
Washrooms in some blocks are smaller and not clean.

our college campus and infraustructure and activities conducted by college and fests.
Our college greenary and we have a beautiful and small temple in our college.
we have so many clubs including technical and non technical also management clubs that thing i have liked in our college.

Dislikes

our college hostel infraustructure and the facilites provided by them is very poor for our fees.
Hostel food very bad to adjust and the rooms are very bad.
the washrooms inside the hostel are poorly maintained which is tough for girls to survive.

Internships Opportunities:

visa provides most of the internships to our college. most of the projects are based on ai and ml , web technology and frontend and backend. 90 % of the students get internship get with good stipend .
