The fees are nominal for a college with private as well as government aid. The fee for each semester is around seven thousand rupees and each year, we have two semesters. The location of the college is very accessible too.
We study under CBCS course which is a little huge and difficult to cover up within 6 months time limit but on the other hand it's very in depth and detailed which gives us enough exposure to the subject. The faculties are wonderful here.
We got admitted to this College in the year 2018 when the CBCS curriculum was introduced. The CBCS allows us to have an in depth as well as chronological knowledge about the subject. Extensive study and hard work is also required. The syllabus was very detailed. We are being provided with enough industrial exposure. The faculties are very supportive and helpful.
The faculties of this course are known to be the best in this entire city. The academic side is excellent. The college do let students to take participate in co curricular activities along with their studies.
2018 was the First year when the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) was introduced. The Course syllabus demands tremendous dedication and hard work towards the discipline. It is a well structured syllabus Which covers almost every aspect of the subject. The students are provided with enough industrial exposure. The faculty of the department of Psychology is very well trained and all of them are professional psychologists.
We were the 1sr batch the study under the Choice Based Credit system therefore it was little different and difficult for us to get used to the semester system. The course itself is very difficult to complete within each six months, even less than that. The syllabus was also completely new. The faculties are very good and well trained as well as experienced. Every teacher is equally supportive and pushing.
It follows CBCS structure, which is the most updated syllabus till date. No industrial exposure has been provided but for our course it's not required now. All of my faculty members are excellent. Especially, Dr. Leena Nair Sengupta.
Yes, the faculty is amazing. i only hope to see a change in the curriculum where we get more exposure to applied psychology. a more practical and applicative curriculum. We need more industrial exposure and more real life experience in our discipline.
