Gokhale Memorial Girls' College Kolkata Faculty

A few departments like English and Psychology has students more than 30-40. Other than that mostly 10-15 students and 4-5 professors per department. In terms of being cooperative, definitely English department is the best. The professors are extremely nice and helpful. I think I have had a few classes with Psychology department and the professors there are not that good honestly. Plus my friend had to give her back paper thrice due to a mistake done by their professor, so no. The university sets the paper and so far we know University of Calcutta is pretty famous of its back papers. So far quite a few students are already a victim of it.

the faculty to student ratio was good however there were times when a few favulty members wouldnt show up to take classes. most of the faculty members are approachable. I loved learning under Ms. Leena Nair Sengupta, Ms. Arunima Mitra, Ms. Moonmoon Dutta and Ms. Nida Qasim. they were extremely good at what they taught and they would teach in such a manner that you would want to attend classes. there are semester wise exams. and practicals.

In English Hons. department of Gokhale Memorial Girl's College,batch 2024-2028 we have 52 students and 4teachers . All the four teachers of our department are very helpful and they have very admirable teaching skills. Sometimes for unavoidable circumstances from their side they need to cancel or change the timings of their classes.

The faculty-to-student ratio is, perfect. The professors are very helpful and the seniors are very lovely and also helpful.According to me the English Faculty is very good .The professors are also good.

The faculty members are very helpful and friendly. Course structure is we have to pay every 6months and during exams we have to pay for the examination separately. The registration fee is for once. The major papers is held on other centers and the other side papers like - AECC, CVAC1, CVAC2 ,IDC this papers are held in our home center.

I like all of our faculties. They are very good. I like them because they tries their best to motivate us in studies. They make the environment on the department such that it feels like homs..... Lovely department ever is my department.

The faculty to student ration is worth appreciating. They have enough professors and they are quite approachable as well. Personally the psychology is really amazing and all of them are well qualified. My fav is our basic psychology professor M.D. ma'am. I like the way she teaches and at the same time keeps the class interactive. Personally the course curriculum is quite relevant.

All sirs and madams in our department were very nice. Everyone treated us well there was one sir who was a bit different but other than that all ma'am and sir were very nice. There were total five teachers in our department including three ma'am and two sir. Out of these five people I like Rakhi Ma'am Shampa Ma'am and SM Sir very well because they explained very well, finished the syllabus on time and gave importance to the class. He was very helpful to all the students. I liked it very much, especially in terms of studies.

The professors are very well trained in their subjects and take the lectures. They are on time to class and impart all the important knowledge required for graduation in this course. Our college has experienced and high-quality teaching faculties.

Our teachers we consider them as the best. they helped us with projects studies and other matters. They are very helpful. They taught us a lot of values and not just studies. They helped us and guide us through everything
