- Infrastructure of the College is quite good and modernised
- The college provides good and free internship opportunities for every student
- The college provides good placement opportunities
Dislikes
- Doesn’t have any canteen facilities for students
- Very strict with their entry and exit timings
- Lab facilities of our institution is not Upto the mark
Course Curriculum Overview:
My course, the focuses on industry, fit, finance, marketing, HR, etc, skill development, company reputation, alignment with career goals. It is ideal for internship offers exposure to business functions and provided by reputable firms.
The faculty members are engaging providing us with the opportunities and resources to develop our skills. It prepares us for the real world scenario.

- Good teaching environment, strict rules discipline
- The faculty members most of them are very approachable. To be honest iem provides the best education and opportunities
- The placement is good there's a 80 per chance you will get placed based on your grades and most imp skills
Dislikes
- There are extra cost which you have to bare yourself which quite frustrating
- In every event you register you have to pay a fee or else you won't get a certificate
- You have to do various courses online to get certificate or else you are not getting merot points
Placement Experience:
The company's starts visit even from 1st semester
Infosy, wipro,TCS, amazon,decathlon visit frequently. For IEM students they offer more package recently infosy offered to give 600000 per year to freahers if they to technology and AI
The highest package is 75lakh and the average is around 10 lakh
The student are offered placement opportunities if they have a average grade and skills. So percentage varies about about who takes placement
My plan is to pursue higher studies after BBA

- The campus should be large enough...There should be more labs.The ground should be big enough.
- My engagement with my campus is very close and the quality of social interaction is good
- The faculties are well and smart. There teaching experience is well good
Dislikes
- They didn't give any extra class ...They did not give any proper guidance
- The qualities of campus is not so big...they need a big campus
- They give us theories which is not useful for my future job.
Course Curriculum Overview:
To get idea about business and to become a business woman person
Till now not so much they prepare us for the real world
To bring more experience teacher who can connect us
The frequency and timings of exam are good

- Teachers are helpful towards the students and are willing to take extra classes for doubt clearance after the routine wise classes are over
- Library is stocked with useful books as per syllabus and new books are regularly ordered as per requisition.
- Ambience in very student friendly and bullying is inexistent in the campus
Dislikes
- Number of exams is too high. In 1 semester, one final term along with 2 mid terms in unnecessary. 1 mid term is fine considering the study time students get.
- Despite being an autonomous body, instead of making their own curriculum, they are more eager to follow the structure of IITs (a notice regarding this was recieved by the students on 6/12/24
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for campus placement from after the 6th semester
Amazon, PVC, TCS are regular companies that visit the college. Number of offers range from 6-7 for each of these big companies.
Highest package is 30-35k and average is around 15-20k.
Most of the students are allowed to sit for placements. Around 80% surely. A lot of companies come for interviews so there is a lot of opportunity.
I plan to sit for placements and get a job after the degree. And continue with my MBA alongside my job

- Placement oriented curriculum which adheres to Job Requirements rather than commonly taught non so important curriculum
- Strict teachers ensuring strict discipline helps shape a student by making him more serious about career, and keeping them away from doing things people tend to do when they reach college life.
- Placement is given to all the deserving students, the others are polished and nurtured to the extent of being more than deserving
Dislikes
- Less Social Activities and Entertainment Opportunities
- Too strict faculty sometimes make them less approachable
- Absence of in compound canteen/cafeteria/chill zone

Companies Visited (FOR BBA) : 50+
Offers Made : 178 (for 120 students)
Highest CTC Taken : 18 LPA
Median CTC Taken: 9 LPA
Students placed: 100 (for those who opted for placement-120)
Few students like myself didn't opt for placement since I will be doing MBA

- Discipline is their moto and they are very strict about it.
- Faculties at the best and supportive one.
- They teach you how to cope up with the corporate culture.
Dislikes
- College life is not so great as best happen but not very often.
- Very strict about attendance and if below 70% you will get debart for examination
Placement Experience:
Though I have not sat for placement but college provide placement classes and placement mentor for the final year and also companies like ernst and young, TCS, Wipro come for placement and in placement classes they provide aptitude knowledge general knowledge and the placement teacher is very script about regular homework.

- Liked the infrastructure of the college and its ambience
- The locality of the college is very good and environmental friendly.
Dislikes
- We have to go the college wearing the uniform
- The college is too much strict and facilities strong discipline
- The college is not too big and it doesn't have any big playground to play or to pass time
Placement Experience:
As BBA is a four year program and each year there are two semester and after that is GPA is given so after for your program at the end of the fourth year the student must have a CGPA of our weight to seat for placements. My plan after doing graduation is I would rather preferred to sit for SBI PO as what I have targeted and I and I will do specialisation in finance and after that if I don't get selected in SBI PO I will do MBA

- This college is bery good and initiative, it has good teaching and supports you for your future.
- Faculty members are very helping, even the teaching process in this college is also very good.
- It has quite a few events with studies which is I guess fine to balance a student lifestyle
Dislikes
- Don't have games period anymore, before we had games period.
- Can't enter college after 9:15, even if its 9:16 you are late, any convenience is not considered.
- There only 2 lifts which is not enough by looking at the number of students who have their classes in 5fh floor.
Placement Experience:
Placements of our campus is pretty decent, companirs like amazon comes to hire stidents from our college, students get placements accoridng totheir specialization i.e. HR, Marketing or Finance. Even the college prepares you for the interview sessions.

- This college is best for maintaining their discipline. In kolkata there is no college I guess who are focused in maintaining their proper uniform.
- There is a proper time which has to be maintained by every student who are studying in this college. From 9a.m. to 4p.m.
- The behavior of all the professor's.
Dislikes
- The rule they have made that if the students want to go out during tiffin break they have show their I'd card,
Course Curriculum Overview:
This course will help the students who are interested in mba for higher studies. This course is not best but if the students wants to do a business or job they can learn the basics. If the students are doing bba they will be able to know that which specialization is best for them . Suppose I am thinking that marketing is best for me and after studying bba I am knowing that no finance is best for me so,I am becoming clear which is best on this basis I can select my mba specialization.

- I dislike the timing of the college. They are very focused into academics rather than the co curricular activities
Course Curriculum Overview:
The future prospects to get a job . The curriculum helps us gain knowledge about the real life problem of the corporate. To start teaching the core subjects from the first year . The frequency of exam is very high but the level of exam is moderate.
