Likes

Students can get scholarships like swami vivekananda merit cum means scholarship.
Companies like tcs, wipro, info, tejas network, grant thomson, pwc india, ibm, etc, and the placement percentage is also so good approx 90 percent of students get placed.
The campus is so beautiful and peaceful . the natural environment is there so i liked it

Dislikes

Fees is little bit high so it is a problem for a middle class guy
From the last 3 year's there is no fest organized due to students fight
There are no boys hostel inside campus which is not good

College placement is decent n college environment is pretty good
Facilities, rules n regulations are better than other colleges
College location n campus life is good overalll

Dislikes

Campus is not good should be beige n better

Placement Experience:

During the seventh semester companies starts coming to college. All students allmost get placed because lot of mass hiring companies visit. But if you need good placement then u have to make your efforts. Average package will be around 5lpa and companies with 11-12 lpa also came during our time.

Proper structure for study.and cources are designed in benifit of student

Dislikes

No fests are being conducted.sometikes students from outside Kolkata face difference in teacher approach towards them
There is not enough facilities for many different things

Placement Experience:

The campus placement of this college is decent and students get placed in different companies.and the offer is smsometimes about above 100000 also in some.most of the cse students are placed but this year many other branches also got placed nicely.a student in 4th year is eligible for placement

I liked the Teaching style. The teachers are nice
You generally have to choose between Bengalis and non bengalis
Fashion club is a hit here. You have a great scope if you wanna join tha college

Dislikes

I don't like the students here. There is so muchh discrimination against biharis
Food is such a suck here. You definitely can't tolerate food

Placement Experience:

During the 7th sem you can sit in the placements. Infosys Wipro are the major recruiters. Highest package is about 15 lakh per annum and average is so poor it is I guess 4 to 5 lakhs per annum.if you did well enough in all the semesters then there is a high chance to get placed. About 70% students get offers. I got plans to pursue higher degree because I don't want to settle at less.

Likes

Sports facilities and lab , along with teachers.

Placement is average and not so hogh on standards

Placement Experience:

The placement is like otner tier 3 colleges in kolkata only , its about 3 to 4 lpa in between for most of the students and some will get in companies paying more than this but those are very less or not considerable.

The Infrastructure of Heritage Institute of Technology is excellent. It offers various educational opportunities.
B.Tech, M.tech, and MCA courses are available. There are various department such as Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Information Technology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, and many more.
Heritage Institute of Technology proper summer training, soft skill training, etc. The dedicated training cell successfully places their students in renowned companies.

Placement Experience:

The place of Heritage Institue of Technology is excellent. The institute has a dedicated placement cell that has collaborations with various renowned Multi-National Companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, IBM, and many more. A large number of students get placed in those companies each year.

Likes

Infrastructure of Heritage institute of technology is very good and appropriate.
Teaching staff is very good and helpful in nature
Placement are also upto the mark and high opportunities are available

Dislikes

Not a single feste have been conducted in the college
Compitant companies do not associate with heritage for placement
Lack of communication and transport from the college

Placements are excellent. College guarantees placements and gives students a wide range of options to choose from. Above ninety percent of students find their dream placements from college especially it sector

No ragging,the seniors maintain a very good relationship with the juniors .
Sports facilities offered are great ,the best being basketball and archery
The classrooms are great with fans and the labs are fully equipped with all needed amenities

Dislikes

The fests are not held very regularly and there is less scope for entertainment,mostly events held are study related .
There is difficulty in using wifi as it cannot be used in 2 devices at the same time

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is good with average package going to 5 to 8 lpa and highest to about 16 lpa in various companies .one can opt for higher degree or can go for jobs on and off campus and almost 96 percent of the students get a good satisfiable job after graduation.

I liked the infrastructure and the environment.
I liked the canteen and food here is very affordable.
I liked the sports area ,it is quite huge.

Dislikes

I did not like the library as it's not open 24/7 for the college students.
I did not the wifi as it doesn't connect well.
I did not like the lift as it is always under construction.

I would like to rate it 7out of 10 .As I opted cse (AML) it is going to help me in the future and make me financially independent.The teachers are quite good and thier way of teaching is excellent.Teachers are highly qualified.

I like fashion club and sports activities.I myself started playing archery.
There is no ragging in our College.seniors are quite helpful and they provide us notes and all.
Teachers are very helpful anytime we can ask our doubts related to academic and some teachers also helps in other things

Dislikes

I don't like the breakfast of our mess.that was too oily and unhealthy.
I don't like that in our hostle they don't provide us the w seater rooms .they only provide us 4,3 seater.
I don't like our physics faculty.they are very rude .

Placement Experience:

Average college placement.campanies came in our college but this year due to recession a lot of good students do not get placed.But students quality are very good so they are trying for off campus placement and get a very good job.

The library environment is quite good which provide AC.
Free Wi-Fi is provided in our whole campus area.
There are 3 canteens with good food in it and decent price for students.

Dislikes

There is restriction for the playground specially for the Basketball players.
There is no boys hostel inside the campus area.
There is no 24/7 library provided for college student

Placement Experience:

The placements are quite decent over here in comparison to other colleges in Kolkata. Average packages for 10 lpa and the highest is 16 lpa on campus. The company that come over here are Wipro ,Infosys, IBM ,Cognizant, Colgate and many more.

Heritage Institute of Technology is the best private college in Kolkata with good campus life. A senior of mine is an alumnus of the college and he always speaks about its infrastructure, placements, and campus facilities.

Location: - It is located near the prime market of Kolkata making it well connected to communication services.
Fees: - The fess has been increased slightly but if admission is granted you’re are eligible to apply for a study loan
Labs: - All the facilities and the technologies in the lab are up to date and well equipped for ease of handling by the students.
Professors: - all the professors are highly experienced, some with a Ph.D. degree, and they are well known and acknowledged in society.
Library: - Fully stacked with books, articles, research papers and has access to many foreign libraries accessing outside files.

The campus has a huge ground and it also has a large pond. It has a very well-maintained infrastructure. They also provide students with all the necessary facilities. The canteen serves very well but it is really expensive. But overall it is manageable for students.
