an Average students college life

Likes

What i like the most is the exposure the college provide for the students through IEEE,mulearn,GDG etc
There are no fights in the name of parties in our college

Dislikes

Our college is in a little remote area buses are available but not all the time
Alumni network which guides the students is not much active

Fees and Financial Aid:

First of all GECP is a government engineering college most of the expenses are met by the government through egrantz scholarship scheme which gives monthly grands of about 2000/- to eligible students in above that pragati scholarship scheme is provided for girls which provides about Rs 50000/ year and other central government schemes like mcm, central sector aid students for there college and hostel fees.One thing to remember is that mcm,css, pragati can only applied on first year during the course remaining years the candidate should renew it but egrantz can be applied throughout all the years. **Only one scholarship is rewarded to each students

Fees and Financial Aid:

I am paying for both sem and exam fees in a yr. And sem fee will different in odd and even sem that is 5300 & 3000. And exam fee will be abt 2000. And at the admission time I have paid 11000 for all caution fee , reg fee ,bus fee,etc. There are students of different categories like sc ,st etc they can have scholarship benefits if within the income limit.

Best college for study in palakkad

Likes

Eco friendly campus. The syllabus is very last and will be moderate difficult to study.
The facultys are welly qualified and experienced.

Dislikes

The food provided by the college is average.
There will bo no intervals in between the periods.

Fees and Financial Aid:

As the college is Governmant college the fees will be very low as compared to private colleges. Likely there are more scholarships like Egrantz , MCM are available. A placement cell is there to assit with the placemenmts.

Likes

Beautiful campus with lot of experienced facultiess
Support from faculties for studying and lab works

Dislikes

Some Faculties are to be Improved. Library need Some Improvement
Bad Canteen and less store nearby. It doesn't have any much entertaining activities

Because our institution is a Government college It has a very low and affordable fee Structure. It approximately 15000 Rs for the different year It may differ. The Feel is very affordable for everyone So everyone Can study without thinking about the fees.

From my experience my college life is good . Here we meet new people and form lasting friendships. You can join clubs, organizations, or sports teams to connect with others who share your interests.

Dislikes

Transportation is not that much smooth ,it's little bit uncomfortable. Government hostel seats are less.

Fees and Financial Aid:

fee be around 10,000 it includes tution fee, and other ,it's should be paid in the beginning of the course. Exam fee should be paid later. There is somany scholarships so that it will help us to pay these fees. And those who have highest rank will be consider as the fee waver and he /she shouldn't need to pay the fee. E grants, and other Central sector scholarships , MCM and scholarship for SC/ST etc are available.

I love this college because I got a lot of tech knowledge from here
College building itself shows the engineering skills

Dislikes

College is in a remote area so there is no enough required facilities
Pass percentage is comparatively law in University exams

Fees and Financial Aid:

Since it is a government college our fee structure is very law and affordable also there is alot of of scholarship that we can apply. If you have any reservation like scheduled cast or tribe or OEC you don't want to pay fees.

Supportive and encouraging faculty and staff
Diversive and inclusive community and lots of cultural programs

Dislikes

It's in a rural area away from city. .
Lack of public transportation and buses.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Tution fee is 8500 per a year and exam fee about 4000 haa to be paid during each semester. During the admission we need to pay buss fee about 6000 and pta fee about 7000. We get e grands and other central government and private sector scolarships

Good professors and quality education and quality lab

Campus is short and the space is minimum and situated at rural area

The part job should useful for make pocket money ....but in our college there is no extra income source to make that money and because of rural area there is lot of need of money. But I applied scholarship for education like mcm. But I don't get that scholarship in first year

Likes

Infrastructure of the college building is good
Faculties of our department have good teaching methods

Dislikes

Campus is situated in rural area so the facilities are bit less.
Public transportation are not available at all the time in a day

For the course which I enrolled (B Tech in information technology) tution fee for one year is around 10000. Exam fees and other fees are collected during the exam time and not with the tuition fees which is collected at the beginning of the semesters. Scholarships are also available for this course a lot .Campus placement is available at a large number. Last year full students of our department got placed in it companies.

Infrastructure facilities are better.College bus available.
Good college situated in calm atmosphere.which enhances concentration

Dislikes

College situated in a village area, not in a town.
Public Transportation facilities are limited

Fee Structure is same like all Government Colleges.Government approved and other scholarships are available.Course is really affordable.Only concern is hostel facility.There are lots of private hostels are available but it is in rural area.But overall considering cost this college is really affordable
