Placement opportunities: akgec provided excellent placement opportunities, with reputed companies visiting the campus for recruitment drives.
Campus life is good faculty is also good and have lots of degree in hands with knowledge and placement is good with 99% students being placed infrastructure is awesome and course s are also good
These scholarships may be merit-based, need-based, or awarded for specific achievements or talents.

Dislikes

Process very worst they can't support they can start aur new rule 12th percentage criteria for scholarship is 60 percentage
Placement process was very poor. very few technical companies came to college
During the time of physical reporting my experience is quite very bad their arrangements are not good and their server reach is too low, so i am not satisfied with their admission process

College is a way to love your life.

Likes

Campus infrastructure, library, canteen food, classrooms

Dislikes

Accounts department , improper management

Placement Experience:

Form 4th year, that is,7th semester, students are eligible to sit in placements.Companies like samsung, Infosys,josh technology,Accenture visited.the highest package is 14 lpa and lowest is 3 lpa.My plans after getting the job is to get higher positions in this field only.

The thing i liked about my college is its balance between the strictness and relaxation,its not over strict like other private colleges ,u can easily focus on other activities than college work..
The faculty here is really supportive except some and helps in projects ,guides for other future options ..
Akgec focuses on personality developement by having PDP classes, regular Seminars etc.

Dislikes

The disappointing factor is you will not gonna gain any attendence in any condition whatever was the reason you will be debarred from internal examinations.
The NOC for intership u will be getting in 8th semester which really makes student helpless for doing offline internships.
Our training and placement cell is currently not doing well ..so it is making college having less placement companies options for CS related branches.

Placement Experience:

For the campus placement u can apply from 7th semester which is 4th year. The companies like Infoysys, accenture hires a number of students and the comapanies visited are 250 -300 varying every year. More than 90 percent students gets placed from the campus .. The highest package till now is 1crore 13 lacs and the average package is 5.33 laks recently. After getting the degree my plans is to stick to my job and prepare for the masters.

College is quite big and well maintained campus
Faculty is good and well experienced also
Discipline is also good and have no dress code

Dislikes

Regular exams and assignments pressure on students
Not well organised labs and supporting faculties are dull
Class timings are still feels like school

Placement Experience:

Placements are good and quite decent. You can except 6-7 lakhs of average package and if you are quite good in codings then you can also expect above 20 lakhs. Like our seniors also got packages of crores but they were ofd campus and on campus you can go maximum for 30 lakhs in best case

I think sports management shoud have to improve because there was no separate ground for football cricket or even athletics all type of activities are done in same one ground (football ground) these shoud have to need improvement
College life is best because in this college everyone treat you with respect
Faculty was very good because there teachings way is very impressive and the Faculty was really supportive

Dislikes

Sports ground i didn't like because all type of Sports was playing in same ground

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester student are eligible for placement Amazon,TCS,Infosys,flipkart and many other popular companies visted time to time Highest package is about 13 lakhs around and average package is about 5 lakhs Around 64 percent of student get placement My plan after degree i will go for higher studies

Akgec -all you need to know

Likes

They really put a lot of emphasis on academics and the placement cell will assist you in your 4th year
Lot of opportunities for students who love sports as the akgec sports team are really good
Conducts many competitive functions related to different fields

Dislikes

Very strict regarding attendance it is mandatory
College hours always remain same beginning from 8:30
No exposure in terms of fest . There is only study based programs

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that much good but not that bad even companies come such as tata HCl TCS and many more mass recruiters and Accenture and others even percentage of students who get placed is above 8

My College Life

Likes

College has descent crowd not overcrowded.
It has all the things like various labs , society etc for your exploration so I like this about my college.
There is no dress culture in my college so I like it.

Dislikes

Attendance policy of my college it's very strict .If you got less than 75 then you would not be going to give exams.
My college doesn't organise any events , not even a single event except freshers party which was also not that good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As my course is B.Tech so it very important that I learn everything that I got teached . In my college there are so many practical labs where we can do practical for better understanding. One thing should be improved by college is they should more focus on coading rather than academics.

Dissatisfied because of faculty, good placements in 2019

Infrastructure is good and some facilities are very supportive.
Good ratio of boys to girls almost 1 to 1 ratio
Motivational environment towards students goals

Dislikes

Hostel mess is not good and food is very bad.
Some faculties are less knowledgeable and understanding

Placements is not good this time. Average placement of college is 4 to 5 LPA . And this time low placement rate . Only 30% students are placed including campus and off campus placements. But in 2019 the placement was good

Likes

The discipline of my college is very good
The campus is too big and its a very beautiful campus
The canteen and the football ground all can accommodate the students

Dislikes

There is less space in our library for student to accommodate
The ground has no safety for rain because of the rain we have to cancel the matches
Our college is very nicee only our hostel is not good

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem students become eligible to sit for the placement and and there are many companies that come for the placement like tcs , tata etc and atmost 96% students get the placement my plan after getting the placement is to continue my job with full patience
