Likes

Things to appreciate is the clean campus, well maintained buildings ,good labs and also a library. Campus is disciplined and focused on academics with a decent coding culture.

Dislikes

Campus life is very limited, there are very few fests ,very strict rules regarding attendance and a less vibrant environment.
faculty quality also varies, some teachers are good but many are non engaging.

Placement Experience:

1) students become eligible for placements from 7th semester onwards. 2) many companies visit our college like asbl,shl,deloitte,infosys,hcl tech , To the new and many startup based companies 3) highest package on campus was around 14 lpa and average package was around 4-4.5 LPA. 4) around 600-700 students got placed out of 1100 students. 5) my plan is to do masters.

Faculty is knowledgeable and approachable.
Placement cell is average but if you work hard then you can land a good job.

Dislikes

Very strict attendance. Their is mandatory attendance criteria of 75% below which you're debarred from exams.
Very strict Hostel rules and strictrer for girls. The first year outing timings for girls is only 5PM.
First year hostel is good but the the later senior Hostel are compatively congested.

Internships Opportunities:

Internship is optable from 2nd year onwards. And some are in campus some are out campus. There are multiple options for students to get this feature used . Kuka robotics and different multiple options available.

Likes

Girls to boys ratio is approximately 1:3
Faculties are good and experienced. But some are very strict.

Dislikes

There is very much workload on students. No of holidays are lesser as compared to other colleges.
Many times they don't give holiday even on Saturdays.

Number of students placed or percentage of placement is good but the average placement is lower and most of the students are getting placed at 3.5 lpa which is not decent. Students become eligible for placement in 4th year. Also number of good companies visit is decreasing

Teacher support, teaching methods, essential personality development sessions and guest lectures and also no uniform

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to sit in campus placements from 7th semester itself. top big companies like facebook, Delloite visit the campus to recruit engineers. About 95% students are placed and 80% students recieve dream offers ranging from 15-18 lpa. the highest package was lpa and average package is 8lpa.

the best thing about the college is the faculty here are great they focus on your studies and academics they will try to make you understand well and get great marks in exams
the college gives great opportunity in training and placement and internship because it have a training and placement cell
the college is made in 40 acre area the classes have ac now they have huge central library and great infrastructure also they have 2 canteens

Dislikes

the college do not have any kind of fest only classes
the classes are huge about 35 classes per week so you will feel burden and they give huge amount of assignment so you have to compromise college life
the boys to girls ratio is very less not much than you expected

Internships Opportunities:

the college offers many opportunity for internship and placement so just you have to focus on your skills the college will provide you many opportunity the companies are DLTlabs , MICROCHIPS LIMITED etc and stipend is not mentioned by the college but they get the role of embedded systems and iot , graphical programming interface etc the student usually get internship from the college and you may also try for off camus also

The faculties are really good supportive, always available for help.
Multiple labs for certifications in robotics, drone pilot
Multiple active clubs and societies, participating in regional, state and national level compettions.

Dislikes

College does not provide internship opportunities.
No campus life, very less fests and events.
Strict attendance policy of 75%, deduction in marks if goes less than 75%

Placement Experience:

students in 7th, and 8th semester are elligible for campus placements. this year highest placement was arround 40+ lpa, second highest placement arround 30+ lpa, third highest arround 23 lpa. IBM, INFOSYS, TCS, CAPEGIMNI, TECH MAHINDRA ,etc are the mass recruiters. INFOSYS recruited 118 students for 4.5-6 lpa. Few startups also recruit few students for package arround 6-8 lpa Amazon has black listed the college. Due to resession the placement percent of ever college has been low, so the college has a low placement percent but students putting efforts gets placed.

The support of the teacher is reaaly very much good . they solve your every query
The campus area and size is pretty much good . The buildings are new and have good space
there is a very muchh programs that are running for personal development

Dislikes

there is not a ac in the classrooms that cause frustration and cause disturbance in studies
the HOD are very rude and i do not like nature of them
the teachers always giving u some work which dont lead to your some personal development

from seventh semester student s becomes available for placements thre are lots of sales company and some tech companaies also that visited in out college there are lots of offers made throught these companies highest package offered was 1.21 crore and average salalry is 4 lakh 60 to 70 percent if students are getting placements through this placement season my future plan is to gather some money through job an srtart my own bussiness.

College campus is very big and beautiful and many plants fully green campus college Akgec have good research equipment and robotics lab with biggest robotics manufacturing company kuka and have great faculty well experienced college discipline is goo
If I talk about discipline is good not so strict
Food stalls are near available with cheap rate

Dislikes

Boy and girl ratio is very less like 1:3 1 ration girl 3 ratio boy
College have great number of exams daily daily
College have no ac in classroom difficult for summer

Placement Experience:

Placement is very good of akgec around 330 companies visit every year almost 89 percentage of students is placed in good companies with average package of 5.30lpa placement is good as compared to other colleges.

All about exploring Akgec

Likes

The academics of college is has been always on top. They focus on academics more than fest and other curricular activities.
They have library in which various books are available which can be issued. Students can go to library and study during college timing or after college hours.
They have their own hospital which do checkups for students in free. They do not charge consultation fee for students as they show the identity card.

Dislikes

There are no fests in colleges which makes life in college very boring.
They held examinations every month making the student busy and do not give holidays.
Semester break is too short which is of 1-2 weeks only and they take fine on not attending the classes.

Placement Experience:

The average placement of the college is 4-5 lac. The students are eligible to give technical exam only after following certain criteria. The criteria are the cgpa and the attendance. Therefore the no. of students sitting in placement are less.
