Campus is very large Ranking of course is too goodd
All equipment are provided in dependent and so well trained
All teachers are very essential and all over teacher are doctors
Dislikes
Cafeteria food is not good and price was very high
No stipend to intern students in paramedical
No permanent faculty for teaching in the college
Student Snaps:
Course Curriculum Overview:
It has human anatomy that I like.
There is no relevance with real world
Course curriculum should has hands on practices and teaching should be practical based.
Exams should be twice a year to ease the load and level should be moderate to tough
College campus and infracture is best for this course in Up
Teachers are highly qualified most of them are doctors
Greenry in the campus keeps you connected with nature
Dislikes
Schedule is very hectic means you have to do classes and then go for clinal posting
You may suffer with the taste of food in cafeterias
Distance between the buildings is long within the campus
Course Curriculum Overview:
Infrastructure of Radiology Department was very nice and the opportunity of learning is great
Curriculum allows the students for practical from 1st year, after the theory all the students have to attend clinical posting from 1st year which gives better opportunity for practical knowledge.
One subject should be taught by only one teacher, but they prepare roaster topic wise which sometimes becomes difficult to understand.
Frequency of exams is 3 in a year, 2 internal exams and 1 external. The level of difficulty is moderate but the examiners who come for viva are from kgmu or rml so level of viva is high.
The medical infrastructure and advancements are very supreme and hightened. Theyeven have a robotic opertation theatre. You can get yourself treated for free by the best doctors and pharmacy us free too.
The campus is good and full of greenery and wide. Its like in sgpgi youve ventured in different cityall together.
The girls to boys ratio in nursing is 3:2 there are more girls than boys. The girls hostel keeps a check on girls safety and gets closed by 9 pm.
Dislikes
There is no mess in hostel. Youve to go and eat in canteen if you are living in hostel. The induction is allowed though to make few quick stuff.
Since its a big campys if you're a student you've to walk alot and it gets titing too. The building are far away from each other
You've to study on your own there are few teachers only who teach properly and be ready to give lots of assignment which you have to copy paste which i feel is a time waste.
Placement Experience:
The campus doesnt provide placements.
Though sgpgi conducts its own test for vacancy of nursing. If you had studied from here chances are there youd get selected here inly and start doing job henceforth earning. I mean which institute doesn't prefer its own child.
The students become illegible to give exam at the end of 4th year though there has been instances when people have cleared exam but couldnt join as degree process is late. Therefore its necessary to understand you can only join the job when you've the degree in hand.
Mistly students who study here 5%-10% get job here itself. Rest of people get in other government hospitals. But its safe to say they all are earnibg good and are in government job.
My plan after the degree is to possible join somewhee as tutor and side by side hustling for MSc for better pay scale and job perspectives. The bright side of this course is either you can go in clinical field or you can join as tutor.
The sakary of nurse here in sgpgi is 1 lakh per month.
Clean and green environment makes campus peaceful and calm.
Lot of new cases and experience is gained during course time which is very valuable.
faculty are understanding and friendly and will share valuable knowledge.
Dislikes
Management is slow as this college is newly started
Confusing infrastures inside buildings make it hard to remember places for newly visiting people, though you will get every room learned in 2 days
department related works are scattered in many building making it difficult for people to go buildings to buildings even for small works
Course Curriculum Overview:
Radiotherapy technology mainly focus to treat cancer related patients to cure and ease the disease mainly aiming to improove quality and quantity of life.
technology is continuosly being improved for better treatment delivery to patients.
Exams are conducted with 2 internal tests and 2 final semesters with practicals.
The environment , teacher and infrastructure is too good
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum of my course bsc radiotherapy is too attentive and environmentally designed to competete the bestest of all possible modern techniques and modules that together make the cancer treatment good
No campus placements are provided. Though being close to the hospital and being in direct contact with our HODS in the hospital itself does it us some benefit in searching for a job. Students can go dropping their CVs at hospitals and they get a job easily after a PI round. The highest package of an allied health worker varies from 6 lakh to 10 Lakh per annum.
In the medical field, every student gets placed in a hospital looking at the vast field of work in the country. I plan to opt for masters after I complete the degree. I feel a masters degree will nourish my degree more.
My university has a very strong school of sciences, and I wanted to study under the best minds in the country. It also offered the specialization I was seeking, and I wanted to fast track my education.
One De Basis of entrance exam one can get seat there but still some nursing colleges are coming there to get students placed AMD also some nursing homes so there isn't any issue of placement
The college requires to get an NEET exam. The procedure is friendly and helps us in the college day to day activities. The faculty and course also makes it worthwhile. There no online but offline procedures.
NEET PG is compulsory. Candidate must have completed MBBS degree or provisional MBBS pass certificate. n order to become eligible for counseling, candidate must have obtained minimum 50 percentile. The physical presence is necessary for the admission.
