Course Curriculum Overview
Teaching covers basic, medical, and surgical specialties, with compulsory and optional courses covering areas relevant to all aspects of medicine. There is a strong emphasis on research and training in research methodology in postgraduate courses.
Placement Experience
We all know about the shortage of medical facilities in our country, especially about the lack of doctors. So there is no need to worry about placements. A few of our seniors opted for PHC, and they were offered a salary of Rs. 60,000-70,000 per month. Since it's mandatory for all the students to do internships, almost all the students were offered internships from the same hospital associated with the college.
College Events
A fest named Medifest is organised in our college every year. The college also conducts freshers' welcome party. The campus crowd is awesome. Connectivity to the bus station and railway station is poor. The campus is just like heaven. There are scholarships offered by the UP government for BPL students depending upon their caste.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees is moderate. I was glad to get admission in this. The equipment fees where to be paid differently. The hostel and mess fees are to be paid differently. There are also field visits which are to be paid with nominal fees.
Campus Life
Patients' relatives' accommodation, available to relatives of patients admitted to the hospital, on payment basis. A central library, a playground, tennis court, and basketball court. The classrooms are centrally air-conditioned with comfortable seating. AC and Wi-Fi are present in our college. There is a 2500 bed hospital.
Admission
The college requires to get an NEET exam. The procedure is friendly and helps us in the college day to day activities. The faculty and course also makes it worthwhile. There no online but offline procedures.
Faculty
The faculty members are highly qualified. All students are provided with a mentor who looks after their entire progress during the year. Some professors are having amazing teaching skills, while the rest of the others are average. Conventional chalkboard method and projector-based teaching methods are used for teaching.
