SKUAST Jammu Scholarship 2025: Amount, Eligibility, Selection Criteria

SKUAST-Jammu provides various scholarship opportunities based on academic performance and social categories. The top three students with the highest scores receive scholarships for the duration of their degree. Scholarships are also available for socially disadvantaged and reserved category students. The college charges a per-semester fee of approximately Rs. 58,000 to Rs. 60,000, with additional charges for medical insurance, extracurricular activities, and other services. For instance, the registration fee is Rs.

500, examination fee Rs. 1000, and tuition fee Rs. 3000. Students admitted through the ICAR receive a monthly scholarship of Rs. 3000 for undergraduate, Rs. 5000-7000 for postgraduate, and Rs. 15,000 for PhD students. Scholarships are also available for the top 10 students per semester with a CGPA above 8.0. Self-financing students pay higher fees, around Rs. 1.1 lakh per annum, while NRI students pay approximately Rs. 1.5 lakh per annum.

The fees for government seat students are around Rs. 20,000 per annum. Additional scholarships include the National Talent Scholarship of Rs. 5000 per month for 24 months and HADP project scholarships for master's and PhD students based on merit. My registration fee for first semester was 25000 thousand but from onwards it is 10000 rupee and fee for other's is also same There are many scholarship are given to top ten students per year according to their cgp.

College information

I am doing bsc agriculture course at first I will pay 20,000 and then per Sem 10000 fees is given in the college and I am very about taking this course but students at my marks with category taking vetniary courses and the fees for sc and st category are same but students who are pursing self finance seat pay more 25000 and firstly at time of admission they give 75000 rupees scholarships are available for 1 ten ranker in class and for icar students

Golden days of life

The fee structure of skuast jammu is 17900 for hosteler and 8000 for non hostlers . It includes various charges like electricity bill ,hdeath centre facility, educational tour ,etc The scholarship are given to top ten students which attain grade above 8.0 cgpa per semester.other than that mess charges that we payed are 12500per semester.

A comprehensive review of life at Faculty of Veterinary science, RS Pura, SKUAST-Jammu

Course fee per semester is rupees 14125 only. For the first time during admission the fee is rupees 28800 including rupees 3700 as caution money and rupees 10000 as registration fee. Hostel fee is rupees 11815 per semester while for the first time rupees 5000 as security money need to be given in extra which are refundable. The fee is similar for every student regardless of any category or reservation. Students gets NTS Scholarship worth rupees 5000 per month for 24 months duration of the course. While college students also given rupees 5000 per month Scholarship under HADP project on the basis of merit.

The per semester fees is 25000 and the yearly fees is hence 50000... The fees increases from year to year One thing I would like to add that the college should provide scholarship facilities to all the students of the university. Thank you

I Love the family or surroundings or atmosphere where i studied.

I enter in my campus in 2006 by passing JKCET EXAM so i got a free seat with only a semester fee because i am non-hostler also. I think this is nominal fee for got education at that level. All charges including education, tution fees, and other compulsory charges I think only 3700 per semester. I also got scholarships in 3rd and 4th year for SC category. Job placement Ist time entered in 2011.

Our university has very good library . Our library opens for more than 15 hours.We also has good sports facility. Also scholarship for every masters and phd students.

The complete cost of course ranges from 60000 to 400000 . HADP scholarship is provided to all scholars of masters and phd students ,and the amount is 5000. The job placement cell is weak ,hence is not able to provide jobs for students in private sector.

The total curriculum cost are different for the students under different quotas the NRI students have to pay around 1.5 lac per annum, the self finance students have to pay around 1.1 lac per annum and government seat students have to pay around 20 thousand per annum. Scholarship are give to students who get admission through ICAR , some meritorious students are alsso given scholarship
