My experience with St. Thomas College of Engineering and Technology was the best one. The beautiful location of the college adds grace points to its positive side. With all the study tours, medical facilities and all the other facilities, this college turned out to be a second home for me. It has given a kickstart to my career with all the good results it forced me to focus up on.

First of all, you need to have 45% aggregate marks in the Physics, Chemistry and Mathemathetics in 12th passed out from a Kerala state board or equivalent boards such as CBSE or ICSE. You have to fill out the form and they will call you if you are selected. Some of my friends also got their admission if you have cleared JEE entrance exam.

considering the kind of college life i had there , it would be unfair for me to comment anything negative as most o the things were praiseworthy, but i would love to see some improvisation in the placement opportunities.

The students have to pass their 12th exams with at least 50%. After that, they have to give the KEAM exams that take place in July. Since the college has only 42 seats, only the top rankers are selected for the course.

Remarks:

First it impressed me with its infrastructure. Then i got merit seats for my course, so that i have less fee than others like nri and management. Then their college hostel.was good. It was better than many other colleges that i had applied. And food is also good than other college. But what i dont like about my college is about their fee. Even though i have less fee. They are including additional useless fee. Which i have no connection with. Like they add sports fee, damage fee, etc. I dont do any of that.or anybody. But still they will take a huge amount from everybody. I would complain about damage fee. No damage is done by students and if they do. We still have broken tables, chair and for hotel peoples. broken furniture.
