NIT Nagaland Faculty

NIT Nagaland, established in 2010, employs highly qualified faculty, with most holding PhDs and a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience. The faculty is approachable, responsive, and well-versed in their subjects, often being alumni of IITs and NITs. Despite being a relatively young institution, the college is working to address faculty shortages in some departments, where PhD scholars sometimes teach. In the engineering departments, there are typically 6 to 10 faculty members per department, with class sizes of about 30 students.
