It had different clubs for students engagement

There is placement and the average package lies from 8lac lpa to 10 lpa And maximum 20 to 28 lac lpa. In my year in b.tech the highest package was around 28 lac. Lpa My plan remained sticked to do further studies and likewise I enrolled myself for integrated PhD. Doing masters and PhD together

The course focuses on making our basics strong. Since our basics are strong it does not take enough time to learn other stuffs and all. Regarding the exams we have a good amount of time to prepare for the mid semester as well as end semester exams

My college:A home away from home

Likes

Very good campus located at the foothills with beautiful greeneries and a mesmerizing view of sunset.
Away from noises coming from the daily routine of the society.

Dislikes

Unavailability of a football field which was built just as I graduated.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement rate is quite High with more than 50% students getting placements every year. The campus placements start from 6th semester and the average packages ranges from 6-12 lpa with some going till 20+ lpa too.

Faculty is good if we behave good in front of them
Placement also good if we prepare from starting day onwards

Hostal there are more lack of water and washroom problems

In college there is no playing ground and also gym is close every time

For CSE, I choose this college. The girl's-boys ratio in our college is 1:3. To pass the exams is not that much difficult but getting a good score is quite difficult. The professors are friendly and they teach us very well.

College life in Nagaland

Placement Experience:

The placement scenario is getting better every year. Students become eligible for campus placements after completion of the 6th semester. Mainly IT based companies visit the college and core companies are very less. Companies that visit frequently are Deloitte, Pi-info, Infosys, NVIDIA, Johnsons Controls, etc. Deloitte is a mass recruiter as it selects about 10-15 students with 6-7 LPA. Nvidia gave an offer to 2 students with CTC of 9lpa. Highest CTC went this year (2022) is 29 LPA offered to a student by ThoughtSpot. The percentage of students getting placed every year is about 50-60%. After completion of my degree, I want to work in the TATA group of electric cars.

Placement Experience:

There was a very organised department which was solely engaged in the placement and related services for the members of different courses and the placement cell was knowledgeable. The university admission cell plays a significant role since the training and placement committee is responsible for all aspects of the placement process and also assists with it. The batch's top compensation package was over 12 LPA.

NIT Nagaland is one of the best institutions when it comes to the field of technology. It offers a wide range of options to choose from along with a great number of scholarships to back you up financially. Here are some of the major elements which make the college one of the bests in India.

Placements: The rate in which students get placed every year from college is remarkable and it is one of the most important reasons that make it a good institution.

The highest salary package remains around 9LPA-10LPA. The average package is 4.5 LPA-5 LPA.
Various companies offer internships and jobs to the students. Some of the companies are Amazon, BSNL, Wipro, Bharat Electronics Limited, IBM, LAVA, Polaris, and more.
More than 90% of students get placed in different companies every year.

Course fees:

The course fees vary from each course to the other. However, the major thing to note here is, the course fee is relatively less compared to the private universities of the country. It, therefore, offers affordable education to the eligible ones.
