- All the big brands and big tech giants come to the campus for great opportunity opportunity for students you can apply for placements from the fifth semester itself.
- College provides a lot of scholarships like merit cum means scholarship, inspire scholarship, and fee waiver scheme.
- The faculty members are really good as they are great researchers in their respective fields.
Dislikes
- But, if we talk about scholarship then it's a bad news that there is no institute scholarship for unreserved students but u can get it for other organisations like nsp.
- The hostel rooms are also not good enough and lack cleanliness sometimes and have broken chairs/ tables, etc. at times.
- The academic workload can be sometimes demanding, not always but sometimes, leading to stress and pressure among students.

I don't have exactly positive or negatibe reviews about IIT Kharagpur but I am very happy that I am here learning new things everyday. Whether it's about helping each other or taking part in competetions IITs gave a lot of exposure on different things. You get to know about what's happening in different world and also IIT gave a base to learn new things.

The campus provides a vibrant environment with the best in industry facilities to the students. The campus is filled with trees and gives a close to nature like atmosphere. The campus is far away from the city so it provides a calm environment.

Very good place for the academic and social devolopment. It is really a wonderful place to learn research enjoy, work in groups.with the excellent labs and facilities and professors with years of experience the campus can make you to thw next level of engineering.

Being an IIT, there is no doubt that it is one of the best colleges in the world with good teaching facilities and infrastructure. Major pro of the college is it's culture and student community which is as vibrant as it can get.

Admission:
I strated preparing for IITJEE from class 11th onwards and after preparing till 12th. I gave the exam but couldn't clear it due to lack of knowledge. Unfortunately I had one more attempt that I can give the following year of class 12th. I prepared for one more year and finally cracked IITJEE with flying colours.

Remarks:
The funding to the college is very high.
In comparision to that , the facilities provided could be improved. The campus is open to locales also , which poses a threat to student community. Girls hostel have relatively less sports and tech facilities and also the entry exit rules for girls are much stricter. The boys have no such restrictions.

Remarks:
The professors are not that bothered about students development though exception are there. But they are busy with their own research. Also sometimes students tend to live in their room rather than exploring, also in some halls, food is pretty bad.
