Svmcm is available as a scholarship no financial assistance and no job got on campus with a stipend.
Hostel facility is very poor.. the rooms of the girl's hostel are in bad condition.. the food quality is not good.

I chose this course because I love to study horticultural science.
There are three faculties one is horticulture one is agriculture and one is agricultural engineering.
Professors are well-educated and well-experienced.
There are two types of exams one is end term and one is mid-term.
The campus is really beautiful…Complete greenery on all the sides…These 4years you are kinda away from that busy city life
The Central Library its huge and has so many books you can read any subjects even subjects thats are not in your syllabus like Politics History

Even though we have labs but we aren’t being performed practicals on a daily basis
The nearby area is a complete village so you can’t really go out at nights

I chose this course because I felt this is a part of agriculture now our country is mainly agriculture-based so I felt it would be helpful
Faculty: Student ratio is 1:30. There are almost 25-30 students every year and Agriculture has the max students of 120-125.
Exams aren't very timely also we have to take a lot of exams as there are many subjects also there are midterms end terms and practicals.
Farms are very huge and beautiful and full of plants.

All Teaching staff are highly educated. such as PHD,post.doc. There are two semester systems per year... One semester has one midterm and one end term. exams are relatively difficult and the guard in the exam hall is very strict.

I liked the campus structure here which is totally student friendly.

From 7 th semester, students are eligible for campus placements. And also so many off-campus placements are here too. Companies like Syngenta, and many chemical companies as well as NGOs visit here for students ' placements. About 60% of students get their placements every year, rest are going to do Masters or higher studies. My plan after getting my degree is simply to find a decent job in companies or NGO.

Many private fertilizer companies come and give placement to the new pass out students.
In the starting phase, they offer 25-30k and after experience, the fees vary according to your skill from 70k-100k.
Not very many students take placement as they prepare for IBPS, AFO, and JRF.
Regular classes and practical classes. Air conditioning classrooms.. Smart tvs. Lift availability.. Huge campus with huge play ground Job placement is rare after B.Sc on campusing. One can get jobs after giving comparative exams. Campus life is good.

As Agriculture is dominant in India. So the Agriculture course is a very bright course to flourish.

M.Sc and PHd professors and they are very good professors.
Every 5 months term exams come and if I attentively listen to professors in class it is moderate to pass. It needs a little hard work because of the huge amount of syllabus because agriculture is a vast subject.
