Very nice because in class only studies happen. No extra talks and according to curriculum it is very nice. They only teach which is mentioned in the course and overall studies is very good and nice and tough also

Computer engineering courses are really obsolete infact core branches courses are good but need a little updation. Information technology courses are great, if you are getting good rank then opt for IT rather than CS.

From final year the students become eligible for placements.The placement for course of Computer Science and IT can reach up to 20 lacs per annum but as a student of civil engineering it is about 3 to 6 lakhs per annum but can go up to 9 lakh if there is an offcampus placement it can reach up to 50 lakhs there are many alumini we have that in very higher places that are from this college if we talk about average package it can be up to 6 lakh if I talk about over all college but for my branch it can be up to 3 lakh and the percentage of students getting placement can be reach up to 5 to 7 students from one branch . Companies like Lnt wipro ashok Leyland tata have given placement here. Also there is quota for backward cast students. The highest average package from the college is about 20 lakhs per annum oncampus and 50 lakhs per annum off campus. Moslty the students don't get placement here and prepare for exams like Gate and CAT. My plan is to go for gate.

Frequency of exams are slightly higher than I expected. I have interest in civil engineering that is why I chose it. Difficulty level is higher specially that or schools. Timings for classes are 8 to 5. break is between 1 to 3.

Placements are average there in year of 2024 2 students from our college get placement of 12lac per annum from a PSU called Bharat Electronics Ltd. In our civil highest placement is of around 4.5 lac from the company larsen and turbo. And rest companies basically offers marketing and sales job of around 3-4 lac per annum package.

I chose civil engineering because I love this course. The faculties of this department are one of the best faculties of this University. All the facilities are doctorates in their particular subjects. Exams are taken here very strictly every 50 days there are two sessional exams.

This university is biggest in Uttarakhand. This is not under UTU. This university is the first choice of jee students among the different colleges for b. Tech degree program. This course has vast field of jobs and placement.

This college should have to follow other universities in the terms of rules. But i saw restrictions all over the campus that is not good. If it is was the first only one of that was a good thing that you would be able to get.

College of Technology is one among the 8 colleges of GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology. Situated among the rural campus town of Pantnagar, the college offers little in terms of recreational centers but in turn is abundant with many fests, fairs, cultural nights and competitions round the year, organised and managed solely by the students.

Food quality could be improved. Hostel condition should be improved. In hostel sanitary facility and quality of food is at its least. Food served is of utmost low grade. Extra curricular activities are best of this college.
