Food quality could be improved. Hostel condition should be improved. In hostel sanitary facility and quality of food is at its least. Food served is of utmost low grade. Extra curricular activities are best of this college.

Course curriculum according to me is good. But as compared to nit and iit it lag behind. Many major topics of higher thinking are not even included in the course. Exam structure is very hectic as in one semester we need to give two hourly and a final. And each year consists of two semesters.

Placements are good and bad depending upon the branch of the student. For computer engineering and information technology branch the placements opportunities are far better as compared to other branches. But Most of the students are placed by campus placement those who not go for higher studies.

Colloseum is the best event celebrated in this college. It continues upto 3 days and on 3rd day celebs are also invited. Other than this cultural fests are organized by spic mecay. Dj nights are also organised to bring out inner talent of the students.

As far as btech colleges are concerned this college will provide you the best fee structure. Comparing to iit and nit the fees here is almost half. And for weaker section scholarships are provided as well.

Scholarships are available to the students depending on their parents annual income and also on the category(general or schedule tribes or other backward classes). On basis of their rank also they can opt for tuition fee waiver seat which excludes their fees and only they need to pay is for hostel and other expenses.

This is the best part of this college. Sports activities conditions are best here. Badminton court , football ground , table tennis , etc all facilities are at its best. You name a sport and it is there. Labs condition are also good. Every experiment is provided with adequate equipment. Lab staff is also very experienced.

Yes I opted for hostel. Hostel infrastructure for first year students is not so good but is fine. As you become senior the conditions become better and better. Food condition should be improved. They do not provide adequate food items.

Alumni network is better than most of the colleges. As the college is very old it's alumni are everywhere around the world. You name a company and you will find it's alumni in it at a great post. Seniors are very helpful and ragging chances are almost tending to zero here. Seniors are always eager to help juniors in need.

Through rank in jee mains. Doing uttarakhand councelling based on rank. Fill colleges based on your rank and branch you want to choose. Based on rank you will be provided a college. If you do not get your preferred branch you can go for second round of councelling.

Faculty of the college is experienced. Professors have great knowledge which is very helpful for students. Every teacher here is so dedicated that even a single course content is not left untouched. Instead they teach us little extra.
