Fees at Doon University for the Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) {Hons.} program are structured on a per-semester basis. The standard fee for this course is 20,000 INR per semester, equating to 40,000 INR annually, with the full course totaling approximately 1,00,000 INR. Upon admission, there is a one-time registration fee of up to 5,000 INR.

For students belonging to the SC and ST categories of Uttarakhand, the fee is reduced by 50%, amounting to 10,000 INR per semester. Scholarships such as the DUSAF, Pt. Dangwal, and CM Scholarship are available. Additionally, a refundable security deposit of 5,000 INR is collected, which is returned at the program's conclusion.
