Doon University Dehradun Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The placements of this particular college are not good as much as i have heard about the placements of this university's before batches. They are still fighting and trying to get better placements for the senior batches which I wish they get it done, or i dont know what will happen in my time. The 7th or 8th semester is the one from which the students become eligible for campus placements. The name of the companies which offered were TCS, Infosys, HCL, Amazon, ICICI Bank etc. the average package of the college is about 4-5 LPA. Onlu 50-60% of the students or lesser are getting placements in the college. My plans are to do Mtech afterwards i complete my btech course in this college.

The curriculum is quite nice . The curriculum prepares the students for real life ,specially for corporates. The dress code also matches with the corporate lifestyle .The exams are held twice per semester and are time bound

The course i am persuing bsc hons integrated not many colleges doesn't provide this course especially not at this fees structure..the curriculum is good but needs a little update as it becomes hectic for the students to cope up with the classes

The reason i choose this course because student teacher relationships are good and this course provides skillful learning for the betterment of the students and their future. The exams are held 2 times per semester including the assignments and the projects.

The warhsrooms should be repaired and the water cooler also should be repaired. The difficulty level of the exam in decent and ther average time for the exam is half an hour . Over all the college environment is good.

The Placement of my college aren't that good but still those who have skills will get good placement.So I will Focus on improving my skills in finance domain and get a good job. 1.Maybe from 5th or 6th semester students might be eligible for the campus placement. 2.Wipro 3.highest package was around 21lpa or something and average package might vary around 2 to 3 lpa. 4.Maybe 60 percent or something sorry but I don't know about this in much detail. 5.My plans is to went abroad for further studies or job .

Students are eligible for campus placement after doing there master's degree while being in PhD program average placement package for this course Is 3.6 LPA. Around 30 to 40 percent student got campus placement.

The placement in our colleges given very good and has many options to do more among the placement also the college does not offer campus placement to enhance our employeebility after completing your course you should actively seek out of Campus job opportunity by leverages online platform networking with industry professionals building relevant skills through additional certification or course pursuing internship and considering starting freelance project to show case your ability to potential employee

Campus placements are present especially for Language students with companies like Maruti Suzuki, Amazon, etc. It is also entrepreneurship centre by EDI. Entrepreneurship is promoted by the University. There are other internships also that are sent by teachers to us. I will do masters after getting the degree.

I choose this course because i love to read maths. Maths is an interesting subject. Our teachers are really doing well exams timing is also good according to their difficulty level except algebra.. like the teacher sets difficult paper accordingly
