Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants seeking admission to 5 year Full-time B.Sc+M.Sc Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement:

Candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology (Minimum 50 % marks) from a recognized Board of Secondary Education. (45 % for SC/ST from Uttarakhand).

Entrance Exam:

Professor are nice they teaches well to the students
Students are also nice there interaction with the other students is good

Dislikes

Washroom are not clean they smell a lot daily cleaning is not done
Water is not clean or some time the water is out of stock

The reason why I select this course is that I always have a interest in maths I love to solve numerical my favourite topic is trigonometry whenever I was bored I used to do solve maths problem I enjoyed solving maths problem the subject which I find difffecult is real anylsis there are so many theoram which is hard to learn

Likes

Campus is huge. Greenery is there in our university.
Faculty is really good. They are easily approachable.

Dislikes

There are less fests than compared to other colleges.
Uniform is not there in doon university.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Maths was my specialty for a long time, I even got the highest marks in maths in my intermediate exams, so I decided to further study this subject. The faculty: student ratio is very reasonable. We got faculty for every subject and they are all experts. With the ratio standing at about 1:45, we all get good attention from our teachers. The teaching methods of everyone are different. Some give practical education while some prefer book knowledge. Teachers also encourage to take part in various fests and tournaments held across the year. Exams were held every three months with half the semester syllabus and every six months with a full semester syllabus. They all are pretty hard to get good marks but fairly easy to get past.

Nice infrastructure and facilities

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Maths because Maths is my favorite subject and I like to study it all day that's why I decided to do higher studies in MATHEMATICS. Faculties here are well qualified and have vast knowledge in their subjects their teaching method was also good In every semester there were two exams mid sem and then end sem at an interval of 2 months. Exams were not much difficult to pass I you will study and keep your concept clear then you will pass the exams very easily.
