IMS Unison University Admissions

The admission process of IUU is mostly based on Personal interviews. Students are called for an interview by the university for the final selection but before that, there are few steps that student must follow:

Registration in the program by filling up the application form.
Pay the application fee of INR 1000. Payment can be made through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking/ NEFT/ RTGS/ Wallet/ UPI.

Placement Guidelines

Candidate must have a minimum of 75% attendance.
Candidates penalized with disciplinary actions will not be entertained during placements.
After receiving an offer letter from any organization, the candidate will not be allowed to sit in further placement interviews.
The eligibility of a candidate for a certain position is solely at the discretion of the company.
A student must be willing to relocate globally upon the organization's discretion
To withdraw his/her name from any organization’s placement, the student has to provide a written application to the university.

IUU provides hostel accommodation to students on first cum first serve basis. Hostel seats allotted are only for one academic year. Selection of students for hostel seats are done on merit, attendance, and availability basis. Below is the fee structure of Hostel seat:

IMS Unison University Scholarships

Uttarakhand Category Candidates:

The institute grants scholarship to Uttarakhand domicile candidates up to 40% of the total intake in each program. This scholarship gives a 26% tuition fee waiver for the complete duration of the program. It is based on a first-come-first-served basis.

IMS: pros and cons

Likes

The college infrastructure is beautiful and also scenic
The study and staff are cooperative and very helpful

Hostel facilifation is not as good as the university

Academic structure and curriculum in the campus

The course curriculum and teaching methods are very good. The examination structure is challenging but holds precision and tests the accuracy of the students. The curriculum deals with real life applications as well as theoretical methods.

What are the internship opportunities in the campus?

Internship facilities are available in the college and nearly all students with good academic profile. Many great companies are partnered with university. The university holds camps and offers internships.

Total fees of the course and scholarship

The total fee of ballb is 3.34 lakhs for five years. The uniform fee is RS. 12,000 is payable at the time of admission. University grants scholarship's to eligible students. Students who repeat an academic year are not eligible for scholarship.

Students views about the campus life

The campus is not very large but it offers high value opportunities and arranges extracurricular activities like sports competitions, marathons. There are 7 different types of clubs students can register in.

What are facilities available in the college hostel?

The hostel has apartment system. Each apartment has three rooms with two beds, two almirahs, two study tables, two storage. Each apartment has one bathroom and one washroom. Breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. The meals are eatable and not very healthy and not great in taste.

Faculty and learning experience in the campus

Faculty are really helpful and approachable. The teacher- students relationship is very strong and teachers do not hold any grudges against the students atleast not in law department. Course cirriculum is understandable

What is the admission process of the college?

I applied to llyod law college and noida international university and IMS unison university . My application was accepted in all three colleges. I did visit all the colleges and reviewed all the negative abd positive aspects. Ims offered more opportunities than other 2 colleges and its location which is dehradun holds it.

Night Life

The gym is the hostel is mindfully designed. It opens from 6-8 pm in the evening and 6-8 am in the morning. There is cafeteria and foodtrucks stalls in the campus like amul and nescafe. There are 2 libraries- one specially for law students and one general library. The library opens from 9 am to 9 pm

IMS Unison University recognizes meritorious students by providing different types of financial aid in the form of Scholarship at the time of admission. As a social responsibility, the University promotes and encourages the youth of Uttarakhand state for higher education by facilitating them with Scholarships. The university scholarship details are as follows:

Students having grades instead of marks in qualifying exam shall be required to submit an equivalence certificate from their Institution in the absence of which the University shall convert their grades into marks using its own rules.

Scholarship for IUU Alumni

For students admitted in the year 2020 under All India Category in all PG Programs
Applicable for the complete duration of the Program.

Criteria	Scholarship
The applicant has completed his UG Program at IMS Unison University.	10% of Tuition Fee

Scholarship for applicants from the North East States, J&K & SAARC countries

For students of North East, Jammu & Kashmir & SAARC Countries admitted in the year 2020 in all UG & PG Programs
Applicable for the complete duration of the Program.

Criteria	Scholarship
Proof of Domicile of the North East States/J&K or Valid Passport in case of SAARC Countries	25% of Tuition Fee

Merit-Based Scholarships after First Year of the Program all UG/PG Programs

Applicable for all Students admitted in the year 2020 under All India Category only
Based on CGPA achieved at the end of the previous year
Applicable for one year only

Criteria	Scholarship
CGPA of 9.50 and above	90% of Tuition Fee
CGPA of 9.00 to 9.49	50% of Tuition Fee
CGPA of 8.50 to 8.99	25% of Tuition Fee
CGPA of 8.00 to 8.49	10% of Tuition Fee

The scholarship shall not be awarded in the following cases:
- A student failing in any paper
- Shortage of attendance
- Indulging in acts of indiscipline
Other terms & conditions as defined in Scholarship norms.

Scholarships by the Social Welfare Department

In addition to the scholarships offered by the University, a student may apply to the scholarship provided by the Social Welfare Department of their respective State. Such Scholarships are disbursed directly to the eligible students by the respective Social Welfare Departments; there shall be no onus on the University for facilitation or liaison with the respective Department.

Scholarship Norms:

University scholarships are not mattered of right and are granted under the sole prerogative of the University.
A candidate shall be entitled to only one of the University scholarships based solely on the fulfillment of eligibility.
The scholarship shall be withdrawn in case a student violates any of the University rules, Ordinances and Policies for Students as laid down in the Admission Booklet. In such cases, the student shall be liable to pay the scholarship amount to the University.
Any student repeating the first year shall not be entitled to a scholarship.
In addition to the University scholarships mentioned above, a student may apply to the scholarship provided by the Social Welfare Department of their respective State. However, as such Scholarships are disbursed directly, there shall be no onus on the University to facilitate or liaison with the respective Department.
The University reserves the right to alter/withdraw the scholarship without any explanation/notice.
The decision of the Vice-Chancellor on any matter relating to the University Scholarship policy shall be final and is not open to question.
Scholarship seats are limited.
Candidates eligible for Scholarships, as above, are required to submit an application form to the Office of the Registrar with all relevant documents within the dates as announced by the University. In the absence of relevant mark sheets, direct admission and scholarship application will not be considered.
All disputes are subject to Dehradun jurisdiction.

Likes

Comfortable classes and good hygiene at college
Infrastructure and weather is too good . College timing is also good .

Dislikes

Campus is too also and there is no sports ground

Because of the weather and environment and near to mountain view that's why and reasonably good for fees and the bestest thing is that mountains are there . And not too hot temperature and not too cold it's good

I liked the environment at my college it's peaceful and happy and can find myself at a good surrounded people.

Dislikes

There should a type of vibe with the students as the students are not much more interactive with other students of different batches.

have negligible sports infrastructure there is only one small ground beside the boys hostel which have one basketball court two volleyball nets and one small cricket net in it.
computer lab's computers are very slow (works very slowly and buffers very oftenly)

I chose this college due to different reasons which are 1st) is the location of the college 2nd) is the reputation of the college 3rd) is the average package of b.tech cse 4th) opportunities for other development skills as there is a package of variety of these factors which should be in a college so i chose this college i have applied in colleges of delhi too but they lack some of these factors and they didn't justify their fee and ROI

Yes, there is a four year semester based program available in IMS Unison University. The eligibility of the course is to complete HSC with at least forty five percent in any discipline.

University Admission Test/CLAT Score and Personal Interview.
Interested candidates can register themselves at the University website www.iuu.ac or personally visit the University Admission Office to complete the registration process.
All eligible candidates will have to appear for this University Entrance Exam which will be followed by a round of Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
