- Professors are very helpful and explains each concept very clearly
- Senior of the college are very helpful in contest of giving guidance about coding ,academics etc
- College has assigned mentors to each to cater their needs and solve their problem that they are facing
Dislikes
- marking scheme is very strict their is cut to cut fight for marks among students
- some students do setting with their TA's to get marks in their exams
- their is Jee like competition among students for marks in semester exams
Placement Experience:
IIIt ALLAHABAD has very good placement as compared to other colleges with highest package to 1.25cr and an average of 37 lpa . Companies among FAANG visits every year to college for on campus placements and giving attractive packages to everyone .

- The course curriculum is very relevant, so you don't have to study biology and chemistry.
- Junior Senior interaction is very good, no ragging culture.
- I like the infrastructure of this college, buildings and campus is well maintained .
Dislikes
- Extra curricular activities like sports, dance, music is not much here.
- It has little bit of hectic acads, there are lots of assignments and quizs.
- Faculties are strict but some are chill and have expertise in their domain.

- Well every thing is very good in this college facilities in Sports
- The Hostels are also very good not more than double sharing
- Academics are also excellent here specially Coding culture

- The mess food , initially I liked it but now it sucks
- Hectic Academics 🥲 the schedule is very hectic some times in Saturday it's working day .
- As there is no state quota in IIITA so their is variety of students but still south people are atleast 1/4 in strength .
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is very good it is based on NEP .We don't have useless subjects like other colleges in 1st sem as we don't have chemistry, biology ..and the Coding related subjects are very good we learn DSA in our 2nd sem .????

The curriculum of my college IIIT Allahabad is hectic. But the curriculum is advanced compared to other colleges as there are 4labs session of ECE in 2nd semester.
The machines are low in number which is needed to be improved.

- Good internship opportunities and stipent
- Good mess food and dormitory which keeps me engaging throughout the day

- Social engagement opportunities are very less
- I think my college needs to focus on infrastructure
- Old computer labs and technical facilities
Course Curriculum Overview:
Curriculum of this course is designed in such a way that we get technical knowledge of the subject . I think that it prepares me well for real world applications . I think they can bring new infrastructure and facilities. I think the timing of exam is quite good and accurate as we get adequate time for studying

- They have a great campus, they have all facilities for sports but some of them are not properly functioning
- They have various clubs which promotes social interactions and healthy environment
- They have a very good coding culture and which reflects their placement

- Faculty is not that great , in the end you have to study from online resources
- Every one is just studying and not physically active in sports
- There sports facilities are worn out and requires time to bring new ones

From third semester highly skilled Students have a chance to crack on campus interviews
Last year 103 companies visited and 1500 offers were made
Highest package was 1 cr and average 30 lpa

I plan on getting a chip designing job as I am in electronic and communication engineering

- Placements are very good and the peer here is very good and motivates you to work on your skills and improve yourself
- There is a pretty decent sport culture also and but not that great
- And everyone is coding here so you are good for placements with it and it students also help you to be better at coding if you are in ece

- Course is very rigorous all you have to do is go to lab do this assignment do that
- Girls to boys ratio is very low like 4:1
- The campus is very small and even after being small half the college is filled with apartments for professors and students are not allowed to go there
Placement Experience:
The placement of our college is very good and better than most iits and nits and almost all iiits . Inthe year 2023-24 the placement for ece was 29.11 lpa and for it it was 33 lpa and it-bi was 35 lpa. The highest package was around 1.25 cr. There are several companies like apple ,samsung ,zepto ,amazon ,meta de shaw nvidia and many more you name it . Almost every good company and startuos visit this college

- The placements of IIIT Allahabad is high compared to other top NITs and IIITs. My ECE average package is 29LPA.
- The infrastructure of IIIT Allahabad is average and better than most of IIITs and average NITs
- There are certain course like youth employment skills are good.

- The academic in IIIT Allahabad is very hectic.

- The boys is to girls ratio is 4:1 that is not too good.

- I really like the academic quality of my college and how serious they are about it, they conduct timely quizzes and tests to keep the stundents under check which at times is also annoying.
- The college is very famous for its coding culture and also an updated industry focused cirriculum where they dont teach us unrelated subjects like chemistry.
- Our college is also GOATED for the placement records, as they provide a very good support and big FANG companies visit the campus to recruit students.
Dislikes
- Mess food might be an issue for those who are from south of India.
- Also the campus though decent but is not of very huge size and you would start feeling it to be quiet small after some time.
- Extreme climatic conditions for few times in a year.
Placement Experience:
The placements of my college are really good in number, competing with some top NITs and IITs because of strong support from the placement cell, rich coding culture and cirriculum, FANG companies also come here to recruit here.
The highest pacakge offered is around 1.2 crores and the average is around 30LPA.
Almost 90% of students get placed.

What is your review of IIIT Allahabad (Amethi Campus)?

IIIT Amethi is situated near a village named Tikarmafi, 10 km away from Amethi. It has its own perks. Here are some factors about the institute.
Academics:
- Both IIIT Allahabad and IIIT Amethi have the same curriculum and professors. Because of that, professors visit the Amethi campus on a daily basis.
- As almost everything is similar for both campuses, the exams are also conducted parallelly in both of them, making them at par for things related to academics.
Placements:
- Students of IIIT Amethi are shifted to the campus of IIIT Allahabad after their 4th year, securing them placements similar to the Allahabad campus.
- Needless to say, IIIT Allahabad does come with good placements. IIIT Amethi also enjoys the same privilege as placement is same for both the institutes.
Facilities and Infrastructure:
- This is exactly where you can set the contrast between the two campuses. IIIT Amethi lacks good infrastructure. It is a very compressed campus with only two boys’ hostels and one girls’ hostel.
- There had not been any sports facilities in the institute before. But at present, it has standard Basketball courts, a Badminton court, TT tables and a playground for cricket.
- The labs and libraries are minuscule too. It can hardly support the strength.
- Besides, you might also not find any up-to-the-mark food items around the campus, but just snacks to keep the day going.
- There’s an option to take a bus ride to visit a town nearby, Sultanpur, which helps in a way to let students escape from the everyday life at Amethi, and rather spend time in that area, or buy decent food.
IIIT Amethi does have its fair share of disadvantages but it offers good placement in top-notch MNCs such as Google, Facebook, and Adobe, etc. Also, the pros outweigh the con for IIIT Amethi.
