Placement Experience:
From semester seventh I'm eligible for applying for placement , there are many companies come to our college this year approx 100+ . Highest package is 87 ctc , around 90 percent students getting placement this year

In this college, after 3 year students will be eligible for placement, and college provide a internship opportunities, full time opportunities for all the students. I also guide the students how to apply the offcampus
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is pretty relevant to the latest trends and mostly project based learning is encouraged. Two major (mid and end semester) and other minor quizzes and lab evaluations occur throughout the six month semester

- There is smart peer group. Which is always useful to be around and makes a person feel better
- If there is an infrastructure problem it gets resolved quickly ,Unlike many other government institutions.
Dislikes
- The professors can sometimes be a bit too harsh on the students
- The Water is not R.O on the campus premises.
Placement Experience:
From the summer prior to the 5th semester companies start coming to the campus for internships and a student can apply and get the internship opportunity. and as of placements the companies start coming from 7th semester onwards for placements. for internship the average stipend is 1,00,000 rs/ month and the average package for placements is 32 lakhs CTC
Likes
- The size of campus is perfect, it's a not too big, not too small 120 acres campus. We don't have to wake up too early just yo walk or cycle large distance to reach classes.
- The boys to girls ratio is 4:1 which is quite good considering the condition in other institutions. As a female candidate, the campus is quite safe.
Dislikes
- The rigorous attendance criteria is what I dislike the most. There is a 75% mandatory attendance criteria, and moreover there are marks for attendance as well.
- Lack of recreational facilities in college is what I dislike, apart from a very good swimming pool, there is nothing else to get happy about.

Students get eligible for placements in 7th semester. Companies visiting us are MAANG, Salesforce, Nvidia, Qualcomm, TCS, Infosys, etc. The placement percentage for last year was 100% for IT and 86% for ECE, therefore the college average was 93%. The highest package was 1.2 Crore Per annum, the average was 25 Lakhs, median was 21 lakhs. My plans are to sit for college placements.

- The infrastructure of the college is great. The college is well equipped with labs. Library is also great.
- The sports facilities are decent. There is a heated swimming pool available with an instructor. The football and cricket ground are also very good.
Dislikes
- The social life here is dull. There are not many events. Fest is also not that great
- The attendance criteria is quite rigorous here. It becomes tough to maintain your attendance.
Placement Experience:
The main highlight of this college is its training and placement cell. It makes sure that all the students are placed with a good package each year. It has a stellar record since the last 10 years. Students become eligible for internships in 3rd year and for placements in the 4th year. Last year about 91% of students were placed. Big companies like google Microsoft apple nvidia samsung Zomato ets visit the campus every year for placements. These big companies make about 5-6 offers every year. The highest package last year was 1.2cr rupees and the average package was about 25 lac rupees. My personal plans after getting this degree are to pursue higher education. This college also has connections with several foreign institutes. They will help us for higher education.

- Gender ratio at iiita is very good, much better than any other government engineering college it's around 1:3
- The campus size is of 100 acre which is perfect not too less not too much it's very easy to go to classes from hostel.
Dislikes
- Iiita lacks sports facilities, there are very less sports facilities
- The schedule is very hectic you got classes all day

College provides campus placement opportunities. Students of 7th and 8th semester are eligible for the campus placement. Many famous MNCs visit iiita including big names like Google Amazon Microsoft etc. highest package this year was about 1.4 cr and average package is around 2500000. Nvidia hired 3 ece students this year. Around 90% students get the campus placement.

Placements are really great here, All 7 th semester students are eligible for placements, Nearly all mnc and startups visits our campur during placement season, and Highest package goes around 1 cr and average is nearly about 30 LPA.All students who appears for placement got placement.

What is your review of IIIT Allahabad (Amethi Campus)?
IIIT Amethi is situated near a village named Tikarmafi, 10 km away from Amethi. It has its own perks. Here are some factors about the institute.
Academics:
- Both IIIT Allahabad and IIIT Amethi have the same curriculum and professors. Because of that, professors visit the Amethi campus on a daily basis.
- As almost everything is similar for both campuses, the exams are also conducted parallelly in both of them, making them at par for things related to academics.
Placements:
- Students of IIIT Amethi are shifted to the campus of IIIT Allahabad after their 4th year, securing them placements similar to the Allahabad campus.
- Needless to say, IIIT Allahabad does come with good placements. IIIT Amethi also enjoys the same privilege as placement is same for both the institutes.
Facilities and Infrastructure:
- This is exactly where you can set the contrast between the two campuses. IIIT Amethi lacks good infrastructure. It is a very compressed campus with only two boys’ hostels and one girls’ hostel.
- There had not been any sports facilities in the institute before. But at present, it has standard Basketball courts, a Badminton court, TT tables and a playground for cricket.
- The labs and libraries are minuscule too. It can hardly support the strength.
- Besides, you might also not find any up-to-the-mark food items around the campus, but just snacks to keep the day going.
- There’s an option to take a bus ride to visit a town nearby, Sultanpur, which helps in a way to let students escape from the everyday life at Amethi, and rather spend time in that area, or buy decent food.
IIIT Amethi does have its fair share of disadvantages but it offers good placement in top-notch MNCs such as Google, Facebook, and Adobe, etc. Also, the pros outweigh the con for IIIT Amethi.
