Likes

Well every thing is very good in this college facilities in Sports
The Hostels are also very good not more than double sharing
Academics are also excellent here specially Coding culture

Dislikes

The mess food , initially I liked it but now it sucks
Hectic Academics 🥲 the schedule is very hectic some times in Saturday it's working day .
As there is no state quota in IIITA so their is variety of students but still south people are atleast 1/4 in strength .

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is very good it is based on NEP .We don't have useless subjects like other colleges in 1st sem as we don't have chemistry, biology ..and the Coding related subjects are very good we learn DSA in our 2nd sem .????

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 250000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The semester tuition fee for jossa candidates is 80,000 INR . Mess fees is 24000 INR Lab ,Exam,hostel,water, electricity etc is 13000ONR For DASA SAARC student tuition fees is 2000$. And for DASA Non SAARC studenta tuition is 4000$. And for CIWG category it is approx 70000INR.

Campus Life

Our technical fest is Aparoksha. Cultural fest Effervesence. Sports fest Asmita . We have a well planned team for Organising these all fests without any failure . The time of Effervesence is very enjoyable and crazy .

Admission

Our college is way better than other colleges (not comparing with IIT's ) but NITs and other IIITs due to aur Exceptional Placements with an avg package of 32 lpa and with a highest placement of 1.2 cr . The admission is through JOSSA and DASA councelling.

Faculty

The Faculties are very good here ...they make the concepts clear to everyone . And you can do some great projects under some Professor's. In a semester we have mid sem exam quizes and end sem exam ...the pattern is not that much different it's just like in our schools ,subjective papers .

Night Life

There is some restriction for 1st year but due to some reasons it is also for seniors.yeah but in hostel with friends it's a new experience. Which you will never forgot in your life ..here you make friends for life .

i would rate the course curriculum as moderately relevant and avg in comprehensiveness . it covers core subjects and includes labs , which helped me choose jobs and further studies through it lacks depth in newer technologies. exams are held twice per sem plus internals and they are generally manageable if you study regularly

Bennett University worth or not ???

Placement Experience:

Placements in Bennett University need a lot of improvement. The average package for B.Tech CSE is 8 LPA, and the highest is claimed to be around 1 crore, which was not on campus. Companies do visit here, including the big ones like Scaler etc. The major issue is the students. Students here are not skilled enough to bag the good packages companies have to offer. Around 300 students sit for the placements out of 3000 and out of these, around 40% of them get placed. The placements start in 7th semester.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester every student is applicable for college palcement. Companies like TCS , INFOSYS , HCl , AMAZON etc.90% students get placement from college placement. Highest package of this college is 16 lacks and average package is 7 lacks. My plans after getting the degree to get well placement in my dream company.

Good Faculty but not so good placement

Placement Experience:

Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, HCL, Adani are the top recruiters here but many other companies also visit here. The Faculty of Engineering and Technology has its own dedicated placement cell other than Central placement cell of University of Lucknow. Approximately 70% students at placed in every batch with a median package of 3.5 LPA, and Highest package of 12 LPA.

Good choice if want a government job

Placement Experience:

After 6 th sem students are allowed to sit in placements Generally our college is visited by companies like TCS WIPRO CHETU INFOSYS. Average package is 3.5lpa and students from cse and ELECTROCIS go. for the placements. Rest of the students of other branches go for gate examination. I also have a plan to crack gate.

I applied for NIT Jamshedpur along wIth IIIT Allahabad. I got confirned in NIT Jsr in 1st Josaa councelling. But, I take IIIT Allahabad in next councelling round. IIITA Review by a masters student

For mtech eligibility is you should have a bachelor degree or equivalent msc degree, clearing GATE is compulsory Cut-off for gate is around 450-550 gate score. Application are accepted from CCMT portal. Reservation based on categories is available according to rank obc and SC st students get some relaxation in rank. GATE is held once a year.
