- Some of the profs are really very great as they encourage us to think outside of the box.

- The number of shops are very less in the college campus, which is very bad.
- This year 2023-2024 , the placement stats has dropped due to recession all among the world leading to less hiring opportunities for freshers.

- College is little bit hectic means need to attend all classes(75 % attendence required)
- For ECE students no culture is there, everyone here only focus on coding.
Placement Experience:
Placements are really great here, All 7 th semester students are eligible for placements, Nearly all mnc and startups visits our campur during placement season, and Highest package goes around 1 cr and average is nearly about 30 LPA.All students who appears for placement got placement.

- Coding culture is great here comparing to other college
- Average package is very awesome comparing to other college
- Placement percentage is also great and infrastructure is also great
Dislikes
- Schedule is so hectic comparing to other college
- Some sport activities are not good and equipment are not so proper
- mess food is not so good and hostel room is average

Highest package till now is 1.2 Cr and the lowest package is about to 12 lakhs

- I likes the percentage of placements which is close to 100% which means almost all students get placed each year
- I liked the Average Package of IIIT Allahabad which is around 30 lakhs
- The course structure of 4 years is also nicely created
Dislikes
- Each day is very hectic for a student. Especially 2nd year
- Sports facility is not available in good conditions
- It is 10km outside the city and is in remote area
Placement Experience:
Placements at IIIT Allahabad are excellent. Students become eligible for campus placement in 4th year of college. Companies visited are Oracle, Google, Apple, Nvidia, etc. The highest package each year is around 1.1 crores and average is around 30 lakhs. Almost 100% students get placed each year. I plan to get employeed after getting degree.

- Location of college, college is located in remote area
- Costly and only 3 courses for undergraduate
- Small campus, campus is bit small so you can not roam anywhere

The best part of this college is its placement. The average pakeges goes as high as 3500000. Almost all big Tech companies visit our college and offers huge pakages for freshers.Some of these include Google, Zomato , Zepto , Oracle , Kivi capital , Apple etc. About 97% students gets placed in total. I also got placed. This is the best part of your college life

Quite a good number of companies visit campus and tge number varies year to year. Internship drive starts from third year and students around 80 to 100 secure summer internships. More companies come for fourth year placement.

- Good placements if you work a lil hard you will definitely crack a good package
- Mess food is nice you won’t find any difficulty
- Good and highly qualified faculties in you BTech
Dislikes
- Coding culture is very dominant so everybody is into coding and sometimes it gets too hectic
- Not that a big campus so you can’t find new places all the time
- Allahabad is not that a great city to stay there’s nothing where you can hangout with your friends
Placement Experience:
In your 3rd sem you will start getting internship Opportunities and then in your 3rd sem summer internship companies will come to hire you . And later on 4th year will be your placement season . Moreover everyone gets placed in iiita

From 4th semester students are applicable for internships and from 7th semester students are applicable for placements.
Companies visited campus previosuly -> Google ,microsoft , sprinklr , atlassian , american express , Adobe , Goldman Sachs and many more.

- Lab,classroom are fully Airconditioner,Lab is open uptill 12am that's why best place for study other than room
- Mess are also good ,food quality is good -Non veg also given
- Rooms are best ,from first year double sharing and from 3rd year single year (depends on availability of room)

- Fees is too much high for obc and ews category -no exemption in college fees on economic bases
- Boys hostel is not inside the campus ,it is outside the campus
- surrounded area is not much developed like Delhi Mumbai etc-surroundings are town area

Amazon,Google,Nvidia,Sprinkler,Netflix,Meta,Facebook,Qualcom,flipcart,jio etc company visited each year
Highest is 1+ cr and average is 30 lpa mainly profiles are in coding field like DSA CP

IIIT Amethi is situated near a village named Tikarmafi, 10 km away from Amethi. It has its own perks. Here are some factors about the institute.
Academics:
- Both IIIT Allahabad and IIIT Amethi have the same curriculum and professors. Because of that, professors visit the Amethi campus on a daily basis.
- As almost everything is similar for both campuses, the exams are also conducted parallelly in both of them, making them at par for things related to academics.
Placements:
- Students of IIIT Amethi are shifted to the campus of IIIT Allahabad after their 4th year, securing them placements similar to the Allahabad campus.
- Needless to say, IIIT Allahabad does come with good placements. IIIT Amethi also enjoys the same privilege as placement is same for both the institutes.
Facilities and Infrastructure:
- This is exactly where you can set the contrast between the two campuses. IIIT Amethi lacks good infrastructure. It is a very compressed campus with only two boys’ hostels and one girls’ hostel.
- There had not been any sports facilities in the institute before. But at present, it has standard Basketball courts, a Badminton court, TT tables and a playground for cricket.
- The labs and libraries are minuscule too. It can hardly support the strength.
- Besides, you might also not find any up-to-the-mark food items around the campus, but just snacks to keep the day going.
- There’s an option to take a bus ride to visit a town nearby, Sultanpur, which helps in a way to let students escape from the everyday life at Amethi, and rather spend time in that area, or buy decent food.
IIIT Amethi does have its fair share of disadvantages but it offers good placement in top-notch MNCs such as Google, Facebook, and Adobe, etc. Also, the pros outweigh the con for IIIT Amethi.
