IIIT Allahabad offers various scholarships like Govt. of India, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Ministry of Minority Affairs, GoI, UP Govt, Indian Oil Corporation, Govt. of India, etc and on average the scholarship amount of INR 60k to 80k is refunded to the students against their semester fees. Thus, scholarship is offered after admission and after you’ve paid the semester fees.
