Likes

The affordability of the course is the highlight for sure. Usually law schools charge around 3-4 LPA but this university only charges 50,000.
The professors are highly qualified and award deep knowledge to students.
Full air conditioned campus is provided for students of BALLB.

Dislikes

Lack of infrastructure is a major drawback, lack of space in libraries and auditoriums.
It doesnt offer placements to students, hence they have to look for jobs on their own without any assistance.
Lack of cultural activities, fests and socializing events.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I think Law is the most practical course available out there. Studying case laws makes us relate to the subjects and the real world. This curriculum inspires people to pursue law as a practical experience. The law faculty could really use some improvement in moot court societies and importance of recommending companies for internships.

Likes

Clean and beautiful campus, Play ground, sitting space and some places to visit with friends
All departments are are air-conditioned instead of labs of physics and chemistry department
Wifi available in whole campus and in hostels

Dislikes

Toilet are not clean, only most used toilet are cleaned regularly
Parking is available only in one gate and no parking for car's

Placement Experience:

To get the placement in Allahabad University if you are 3 year course student then after the 5th semester you can apply for the placement for b.tech students take an apply after their third year is complete

Well designed and structured course focused on skill development
Course focused on top level managerial skills
Course is overall worthy and beneficial for self development

Dislikes

Campus and the infrastructure is a bit not satisfied
The maintenance of campus is not so good
The paper work or the office related work that is individually to be done takes long time

Placement Experience:

The campus provide placement to various number of companies and recently in the previous batch that passed out got and average package of 8.6 lpa and 15 students got placed among 40 in the first slot of placement call 2 placement call are yet to be called.

Likes

The ratio of boys and girls are compared to be equal all over the university because there are too many course and many departments and very high number of students are enrolled in the courses.
The quality of infrastructure in the university is very good there are many old building and many new but the maintenance is of infrastructure is excellent
I liked the teaching methode of the professors. The professors are very professional and highly educated and the way they explain the things.

Dislikes

Things is disliked is that the management of university is on paper work. Means that if you want to do something or to borrow something from university. First you have to do paper work that takes yours 2 to 3 days which delays in work
There is always delay in work in at professional or personal level.

Placement Experience:

Afetr completing the 3 semester of MBA the students are eligible for campus placements. The companies like ICICI Bank., HDFC Bank, or other marketing companies visited andoffer jobs. The highest package offerd is of 12LPA . percentage of students getting placement is 70-75% of students

The environment of the campus is very good this is my fav part of University.
In the department very experienced prof. They behave like family and creat good environment

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose applied geology for my master's at Allahabad University. When I came and attended the lectures I felt this was the best and the Professors were very good and experienced. The exam is held in the semester system in 5 to six months according to your academic calendar.

Likes

Clean environment and availability of things .
Full Air Conditioning classroom and wifi network.
Very good computer system for programming and editing for each student.

Dislikes

Their is nothing to dislike it is like all other colleges
It doesn't have it's library we have to use other department library or use the central library.
Semester result come very late when I started my third semester then the result of first semester came.

I think after 6th semester a student is eligible for placement as for which companies visit i don't know that because I am still in 3rd semester so when I go to 6th semester I will tell you about this. I think the average package is 6Lpa. 40-60% get placement. After getting the degree I am going to do MCA for more future opportunities.

University of allahabad... The glory university...must join ??

Well infrastructure is very good..my university is divided into four campus and each one hais its own historical significance.
Teachers are well and good and they are very helpful in every situation
Student ratio... Approx equal reation between girls and boys ... Left engineering courses as you know in engineering gender ratio slightly decreases 70~80 boys and left girls and overall on other courses gender ratio good

Dislikes

There is some slow process in academic process, it means if you have any concern or problem...and you complain..it take some time than usual
Facilities can be more improved of college takes care of that
Now a time college new building are building and it's make something not looking good ... But I think after the completion of building it looks really good

Placement Experience:

Honestly speaking my course is New to university and ours batch is big batch of this course..there are 24 students in my batch. Before 2 batches one who passed there were 8 students and one student who currently enrolled in this course there were 3 students.but as I listen first batch get good placement and currently he is working, there is no facility for on campus placement in my college. It is only for MCA au and BTECh students for campus placement rest of are outside placement

Likes

The infrastructure is the best that i can say it comes under the top 5 beautiful college.
The exam that conducted annually because this helps student to have more time to study and doing other stuffs.
The activities in my college is vast . Every culture or programs conducted very well.

Dislikes

The schedule I dislike about my college. Sometimes class not conducted on the given time.
Interior of classroom . They should have smart board etc
The interaction between the juniors and seniors or professors in sometimes less as compared to other.

After 3 year degree of any stream . They become eligible for campus placement or sometimes after doing pg. Intel companies visited and no of offer made is 100-150. Highest package i think was 6-7lpa. 60% of the students got placements. A better placement form this college. And to be a professor on my own college.

The curriculum of University of Allahabad of M.com seems to bit outdated. It need to be updated. The syllabus doesn't match out the need of the world. The difficulties level of the different exams conducted are moderate.
