Likes
- They are very good, the helps every times, all department faculty members are well educated, their behavior is very good.
- *there is an increase in tution fee every year but very small amount , and nothing to worry about it *120000 *ffe - 50000 nsp-20000-100000 and many other scholarship are availabel but these are very better
- There are like 140 companies visited our college for placement and top companies like google, amazon, fan companies will be visited here.
Dislikes
- The mess is worst in the collage... and one of the hostel is very bad and not dirsty
- The placement rate is very less now . so this is one of the reason i don't like about this college
- On campus senerio is not that much good & companies are visiting less for the intership.

- Good infrastructure of the college and the location is also good
- The faculties of my college are excellence in teaching

- There is nothing that i dislike in my college
Placement Experience:
For campus placement students are eligible from fifth semester
The companies that are visited in our college for campus placement are google phonepay etc
Highest placement of our college is 52 lakhs
Average placement is 7-8 lakhs

- Foot ball court is there , cricket court, swimming pool

- Poor internship assistance from college side
Placement Experience:
There is placement support by placement cell you have option of choosing 1normal company
If get normal tire then you can only participate in standed tire. If you get standed tire company normal will be cancelled. There is dream tire if you get placed in that tire your placement will be marked as done you can't participate in further companys

- The exposure of the college is quite appreciable . It has various clubs for the upliftment of the student .
- Since it is a college of national importance , so students come from almost from every corner of the India and one gets a opportunity to learn something from every culture of India .
Dislikes
- The college is of 367 acres but the college buildings are only limited to 77 acres and almost every building is very far from each other which becomes very bad to go from one to another . And there is no good canteen and a place to chill
- Here the professors are not that good and supporting . Mostly PhD scholars teach in the class . There is a lack of professors in the college .
Placement Experience:
Since I'm in first year . I have not got an internship. but the internship offers here are well and good, a student can get an internship either at end of 2nd year or in 3rd year . some of the companies which offer innternship here are tata motors, qualcom etc..
Job placements are very good in NIT AGARTALA. Almost 95% students gets on campus placements here. Criteria for getting eligible for getting a placement is having at least 8 CGPA . Companies like samsung, microsoft , TCS , Infosys ,etc. Highest package offered last year was 52 lakhs per annum and the average was around 11 lakhs per annum .

- Girls dont get much opportunity for sports
- Quality of mess food is way than worse bit hygienic
- For vegetarian only paneer is available to eat daily
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum that influenced me to choose this course is sports complex and various fun club present in college . Club facilities are gud and student are active in respected club . Area in which improvement has to done is making more hangout places in campus

- campus is very huge and it is full of trees with good environment and the collage have big mechanical lab.
- there are lot of clubs both educational and entertainment purpose

- the collage staff are largely native people it is difficult to communicate with them.
Placement Experience:
placements are good even if you dont get placed in campus drives collage administraion will support us with refferals ,
we will be eligible for placemts from 7th sem , many companies will have min, gpa requirment of 7.5.
bosh visited the campus and it took no one they told they need only it pople from csc but not from mechanical.
90 percent people will get placed.
i want to purshue mba afer my degree

- Branch teachers are mostly chill with classes etc.
- The campus is very big. Greenery is present in almost the whole campus.
- Good companions from different parts of the country.
Dislikes
- Fests doesn't occurs on time due to internal problems.
- Buildings are far from the gate which might create issues.
- There is no such dislikable thing in college rather than the two.
Placement Experience:
Students can apply for campsuing from the 7th semester. As of now (december 2024) this year we got Google, oracle, HP, Visa, Tekion, phonepe and many other companies . Highest package was 48LPA and average will be like 10. Almost 50% student got placed till date and companies are constantly visiting campus.
My plans: I might go for higher education through GATE exam.

Based on the experience of a friend here are some points regarding NIT Agartala
- Honestly, NIT Agartala is not at par with the standard of the Institute of National Importance. The administration and faculties do not give students access to the facilities.
- Most of the faculties have no teaching abilities , and there is a huge communication gap between students and professors.
- Students are not allowed to do projects from the second year and it's also very hard to get a good CGPA.
- Only the CSE and ECE departments have modern infrastructure and the rest of the departments are not taken care of. There is also bias in how students of different branches are treated.
- The hostel facilities of the institute are excellent and the buildings are beautifully designed. However, students are restricted from bringing basic electrical equipment to boil milk, water, and heat Maggie.
- The tender of the mess food always goes to the same company and students constantly lodge complaints regarding the quality of the food.
- The institute has a 75% attendance policy that many find illogical and rigid.
Overall, NIT Agartala will give you a lot of good memories and friends but is still lacking on the academic front.
