I applied to colleges like PSG and AMRITA but i couldn't clear the entrance exam.People who are writing these exams should first acknowledge the portions from the institution itself which will be helpful. The admission process in my college will start from your 12th result only if you have over 75% in the main subject you can apply into this college. Then ypu have to write the exam and if you score well you will be called for an interview and you will get a call if you clear those interviews.write every entrace exams which you are aware of and you might get an idea of thise exams.

Since I'm north indian i didn't know much about the college. Now while I'm studying in it. It's very boring for me because there is no campus life maybe there is for Tamil people or who knows Tamil language but for me it's very boring. The college i applied for are better than this in terms of infrastructure mess food & maybe in campus life. I came here through special quota so for me admission process was a little hectic but if you directly took admission that's is very simple process

There are 52 seats reserved for quotas from other states. These seats are divided into four regions: north, south, east, and west.
For the reserved category, there are significant yearly variations. Because the number of seats reserved for each region is so small, the general cutoffs will change every year. You simply need to register, remain calm, and hope for the best.
You must have passed your HSC or an equivalent exam with a minimum of 50% in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry to be eligible. The pass percentage for SC/ST candidates is reduced to 40%.
Simply add two parts Mathematics, one part Physics, and one part Chemistry to get a total of 200.
For example, if you received 90 points in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, your cut-off is 90/100 (Math) + 45/50 (Physics) + 45/50 (Chemistry) = 180/200. And you must compete with students from all other states, except Tamil Nadu, against their marks calculated in this manner, regardless of whether they are CBSE or not.
