The college timming is 9am to 5pm which is too long as compare to other college timming.
The education system of this college is good and you can add score a good marks in this college and average package of this is 5.5LPA and we onlyneed to improve our skill by own and many programs and activities which was conducted by the college.
The campus is clean and green .the classroom are good and the auditorium is good .the cultural is excellent in the college and many celebrities who comes in the cultural events for every years.

Dislikes

The hostel is not good to use and the salt water in the restroom is supplied which causes hair issues.and the mess food is not good
There is no wifi connection in the hostel and all college campus
Their is no special buses for the hostel students in the leave time fronn the college,do students need to go to bus stand by their own expenses .

Actually,I applied for the TNEA counselling after my 12th standard and I want to join a. Best college and I didn't get it. So for my family background and financial need I choose for counselling . I choose many college in my preference and finally I get a college in the 50th choice of the choice list I prepaid according to my cutoff mark.

IFET the best college in the Villupuram district.

Likes

Our college rules are are very strict for both boys and girls
Lab facilities are good with equipments in good condition.
College is located in main area...pondicherry highway. Sorry transport are easy.

Dislikes

Restrooms are still needed to be improved.

Admission:

I chose this college mainly because of the transport. This college is located in nearby surrounding. And has transport facilities all arround the college. And covers maximum areas. A well disciplined college in the surrounding.

Likes

I like the atmosphere of the college as there is no pollutions
I like the faculties behaviour which is very friendly towards students
No pressure of studies and no pressure of maintaining 100 percent attendance as only 75 percent needed

Dislikes

Located inner to bus stand which makes to walk
Watchmans are preferrably very rude towards all
Not updated labs for todays need of the students

Admission:

Actually in southern region,i consider tce is one of the best colleges,Also madurai is my native and i preffered to complete ug here in a reputed institution and tce was only one of them in our region.

Academics and Supportive Facilities at HIT Coimbatore

In my college all the facilities are available and I feel they have to improve lab facilities
The faculties in my college are very skilled and they always help the student to improve their carrier.They will clear the doubts of the students in anytime
The boys ratio and girls ratio is almost equal

Dislikes

The learning facilities are sufficient in my college
The infrastructure is decent but they should improve their infrastructure
Their support in placement is best in this college they will give placent of many students with good packages

Admission:

I joined this college because of my high cut-off marks, and this college offered me a scholarship by who have scored 480 or above, and I have scored 483 cut-off marks. I didn't reject any college. I accepted this college with my allowance

The first thing is the infrastructure which is good enough
The second is the placements done during third year
Intership opportunities are provided by college itself

Dislikes

Hostel facilities are worse due to inproper maintenance
Food provided in the hostel mess is not good enough
No proper or regular holidays are provided compared to other colleges

As I applied through TNEA in 2023 as per my marks and rank list number I got this college. Often i enquired about this college with their students and then accepted through TNEA counce. As I belongs to BC community and my cutoff was 144.5 in 2023 when I joined.Now it might have been increased

This college is located in city main, so it is huge atmosphere to learn other things also,co education system also good
Giving importance to sports,every week some programs happen.
Canteen food is affordable,taste is good

Dislikes

Placement only good for it and cse( major course)
Hostel is not good, very old building,size is very small
Professor plays main role, sometimes they made huge impact in result

Admission:

Ceg is one of the top most colleges in tamil nadu, so it is huge exposure to world, campus is too big , the placement not too good, but it is okay if u have skill, u can place. discipline of student is too good, because all the students in the college is toppers of Tamil Nadu.

THERE IS NO DISADVANTAGES IN COMDUCTION CULTURAL AND EVEN EVERYTHING IS VERY GREAT
You can see stalls in everyside so that you can eat when ever ur hungry
THEY WERE CONDUCTING A SESSION FOR FINALS YEARS AND PRE FINAL YEARS FOR PLACEMENT so that they can crack the placements

SOME OF THE FOOD RATE WERE TOO HIGH AND NOT VERY GOOD ITS LIKE WORTHLESS
Most of the faculty just reading the ppt which they are displaying in the smart board
No proper classes for 1st years always its a rotation process everyday no permanent class

I got seat at srm chennai but it was too long for me and it couldnt manage the travel because i should catch the bus at morning 6 am and i will return to home around 5 50pm. So nearly 12 hours. So rejected it and choose rec chennai because it is near to my location. I will catch the bus at 6 55 am and i will come to home at 4 15 pm. I wasnt applied to other clg so there is no rejection.Simple admission process just show ur orginal 12th certificate and cutoff marks.If your abive 80% cutoff u can pay minimum donation if doesnt enough for the course which u applied. Counselling is the better way to avoid donations and cutoffs may change for the caste.

I will applied many college and I didn't rejected the main problem is fees they have high fees and my college is accessible for me it's near my house so I chose this. The admission process is conducted by the government in tnea(tamil nadu engineering admission) the cutoff is taken from 12th in range of 150 minimum

MIT is a member of Anna University and has won various awards that include an award from the Indian Society of Technical Education (ISTE). Admission Process:

Anna University and MIT Chennai:

Students who obtained a minimum of 50% in PCM in 10+2 can apply for Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions(TNEA) for undergraduate admissions at MIT Chennai and Anna University. For the B.Arch program, students will have to sit for the NATA entrance exam and must obtain a minimum of 50% in PCM in 10+2
Bachelor’s students with 50% marks can apply for M.Tech programs, given that they have a relevant TANCET/GATE score and is required by most universities.

College of Engineering Pune: Students with a minimum of 50% in 10+2 can sit for the MH-CET entrance exam, which will enable them to apply for an array of B.E/B.Tech programs at COEP.

Jadavpur University: For admissions into the B.Tech and B.Pharm program of Jadavpur University, students must obtain a minimum of 45% in 10+2 with a valid rank in WBJEE entrance test.

MIT Chennai:

In the year 2019, the MIT Chennai cut-off for B.E in Computer Engineering was 516 and for B.E in Automobile Engineering was 1312.
The lowest cut-off at MIT Chennai was recorded in B.E in Rubber and Plastic Technology and B.E in Automobile Engineering with 9812 and 6192 respectively.

Jadavpur University:

In the year 2019, the WBJEE cut-off for Computer Science and Engineering ranged from 49-81, and Information Technology was 104-159 in Round 1.

College of Engineering Pune:

Among all the courses in the College of Engineering Pune, the highest cut-off has been recorded in B.Tech in Computer Engineering with a cut-off of 134 in the year 2019.
