Our course focuses on electronics and communication. First 2 years is all about electronics. Our syllabus is framed in such a way that basics to advanced electronics are being covered as a theory. Next 2 years are all about communication..

Students of 3rd year sixth semester and final years are eligible for placements. Average salary package is about 6 LPA.. students are trained for placements from the first year itself. Placement cells are active in training the students.

Iam a counselling student. I am paying yearly fees of 80000 rs for my course.we have tamilnadu caste wise scholarship schemes. Through the scholarship students are benefitted in many ways. Fees is acceptable and affordable for the students.

IFET has various clubs for sports , music,dance, tamil club, english club and much more. We have Decibel club formed especially for electronics and communication engineers. It involves many activities especially conducting quizes on gate questions, presentation on open source softwares and more.

I chose this college mainly because of the transport. This college is located in nearby surrounding. And has transport facilities all arround the college. And covers maximum areas. A well disciplined college in the surrounding.

Facultyis are more friendly with the students. They are ever ready to clear the students doughts and make them understand their students. To say about the exam structure Internal assesment tests are conducted after completion of 2 units. Totally each subject has 5 units. After completing 5 units a model exam will be conducted for 100 marks

Our college hostels are well furnished with clean room facilities. We have a library with wide variety of books to improve our knowledge. Books are seperated based on department wise. All book of local authors as well as international authors are available.
