- the campus is extremely vast, i have been here for almost 3 months and i still haven't seen the entire campus
- the rules for girls and boys are not very strict like other college(eg VIT) and they tend to hang out together
- the hostel rooms get cleaned regularly (if you want it to) they will come to your room and ask if you want to get it cleaned and they are quite good at their job.
Dislikes
- the food courts although they offer snacks their availibility of more modern snacks is less
- in the beginning the freshers are not allowed to move outside their hostel after 6:30pm and this rule sticks till their mid semester exams get over
- The teachers are least bothered about the atendance and don't regularly update the attendance on the online portal
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for campus placements in their last year and their are on campus placements available. their are more than 700 companies which come to recurute and the most major of them include TCS and TATA. The avager package offers are 12LPA with the lowest package of 3LPA and highest package of 53LPA offered to students in 2024 . More than 90% students get atleast 1 job offer during the campus placements. My plan after getting my degree is getting my masters degree.

- The most hated part of the university is its mess food and sometimes wifi doesnt work

The placement of this university is best among various universities alover in india the placement record of this university is 90 percent which is very nice this is the best university in odisha state as this university is in Bhubaneswar

- Faculty are really good and help in doubts as well as internship
- Nice hostel infrastructure and no shortage of water and electricity
- The security is too good and strict here . They are really active
Dislikes
- Strict entry time for girls only . Boys are allowed to eneter at any time
- Food quality sometimes is very terrible and weird
- Discrimination on the basis of non odia or outsider
Placement Experience:
From 7th sem mostly students get placed . Companies like Infosys Deloitte Adobe samsung are the highest paid package provided companies
Highest package was 62 LPA and the average package now is 8 LPA
100% STUDENT gets places in our campus

- Academic Environment - the faculty of KIIT is highly qualified, experienced and supportive
- Infrastructure - the campus is well maintained, well equipped labs and massive library
- Placement Opportunities - the training and placement department helps the students in all possible ways to prepare for the interviews
Dislikes
- Fee structure - the fees are on the higher side
- Gender Ratio - the girls-to- boys ratio is roughly 1:3
- Hostel Facilities - the hostel is well maintained and clean but food quality can be inconstant

Placement at KIIT - starts when the student is in 7th semester

- Good faculties... They are too helpful along with them the senior are also helpful
Dislikes
- The college is too much crowded... You have to do extra efforts to stand out of others
Placement Experience:
The average package we get is the 8 lakhs
Thats pretty well if you maintain your CGPA in college
Coz at the end of shortlist you have to get more than 7.5 CGPA and have a good knowledge about skills....

- The collage has beautiful infrastructure
- The collage has good placements scenario as of now
- They provide the students of Kiit with quality education

- They charge us excessively for the entire course
- The mess provides students with low quality food
- The distance from the classrooms to hostel in huge
Placement Experience:
To be really honest the collage has a bad reputation for its placements scenario in recent years as it had a record of giving a 95% placements but it has tragically dropped down to about 65% of the students getting placed lately

- Faculty is very friendly and the way they handle the students is phenomenal
- Huge campus . The total area of the campus is about 250 acres
- We got a huge 24x7 6 floors library . Where we can find any type of books
Dislikes
- The timings of the college used to be 9-1 and now they have changed it to 9-5.
- No proper sitting space in cafeteria. We have to move out of the cafeteria after purchasing food as it was very crowded
- The crowd is too much you will always find the campus very busy
Placement Experience:
From 5th semester the students are eligible for campus placements. Various number of companies come in kiit for placements for example TCS,High radius, Deloitte ,EY,fintech, finocontrol, Tech Mahindra and many more . The highest salary offered was 9 lakhs per annum and the average package was 3 lakh . The percentage of students getting placements were around 80 percent. I got placed in EY with a salary of rupees 5 lakh per annum.

- Girls to boys ratio is very good as compared to other colleges
- Location is very good everything is available

- Campus is big but not a closed campus it's an open campus
- We can go out in campus after 8 p.m. if you are in hostel
Placement Experience:
Placements are decent in this college not very good not very bad. Average package that is offered here is 6 lpa which is better tha other colleges. And if one work hard they can grab big package for sure.

- The teachers are professionals and many teachers to choose from in 2nd year as per your choice

- The campuses are built too far away with no proper transportation
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum pretty much makes you ready for your work life. Sometimes teachers go offcourse for providing extra knowledge which sometimes can be too time consuming.The exam timing us perfectly aligned with the difficulty of the exam

- Study in top notch institute with highly qualified teacher and friendly staff members.
- The university encourages active participation in hackathons, coding clubs, and tech fests, and social activities like sports, gym etc.
- Large campus size and very greenish glow near around everywhere.
Dislikes
- Some student are very rude, show discrimination between there locals area student and other state student.
- Teacher used very old language and not try to change himself with time and technologies.
- Hostel warden very strict and not give permission to go outside after 7 PM.
Placement Experience:
In KIIT there is a good placement in our 7th semester most company visit for recurite like Amazon, infosys,flipkart, deloite etc.And in KIIT highest package was 52LPA and average package around 7-8 lakhs ,and nearly 95% student placed and remaning student looking for higher studies .I plan to do after this course if i got decent package then i acept it otherwise im doing master in ai or data science . And after master im looking for better job in my dream company in top countrys like u.s and germany.

Here is a review of KIIT University based on the experience of a close friend who is now an alumnus of the institute
Pros
- The institute offers a vibrant and happening campus life filled with fun activities.
- The institute gives extra attention to extracurricular activities and has a plethora of platforms through which one can pursue their passion.
- The accommodation facilities are decent and the hostel rooms are spacious. Hygiene is maintained
- The institute has excellent infrastructural facilities like a gym and swimming pool that charge money.
Cons
- KIIT fees are high and not everyone can afford it. This year the annual fees stood at ?3.5 Lakhs
- The faculty pool has average professors and very few are highly experienced.
- The institute also faces issues due to the huge batch size.
- The research culture and the lab sessions are poor and need to be worked on.
- The curfew for girls' hostels is another big concern here. The girls are expected to be inside the hostel by 7 30.
- Placements are decent considering the huge fees you have paid. There are several mass recruiters so getting placed won’t be a major problem.
In all, KIIT is a good choice if you have no financial constraints and want to live a luxurious campus life.

As far as B.Pharma placements are concerned. almost 70% of the students get placed every year. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA.
KIIT University offers good placement opportunities for all the students of the university. However, the placement package offered to B.Com students are lesser compared to other technical and management students.
