Course Curriculum Overview

The collage has a well organised course for every subject and will even let students to pick their desired electives and subjects that will later on help them The exams though are strictly checked and monitored

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 2500000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are open interview opportunity for students from 3rd and 4th year but most of the freshers are 2nd year students with not be allowed to sit for placements as they are considered as not qualified for the job

Placement Experience

To be really honest the collage has a bad reputation for its placements scenario in recent years as it had a record of giving a 95% placements but it has tragically dropped down to about 65% of the students getting placed lately

Fees and Financial Aid

The collage charges us about 295000 per sem of which 28500 is our hostel fees and about 22500 is our mess fee we are also provided with an additional laundry facility and will have to pay 500 per sem for it

Campus Life

Kiit has a fabulous campus,thus keeping the students in classroom is not what we do ,they provide the students with lots of opportunities, organise society events and also helps students to maintain a healthy environment

Hostel Facilities

Probably the worst thing about kiit is the hostel facility as the collage has negligible involvement in any hotel and mess issues thus they keep on increasing the fees and provides negligible usage to us

Hostel Fee: INR 57000 per year

Admission

I chose kiit because of two major reasons, • I didn't wanted take a year drop in order to get into any Nit,IIT by attempting jee once again |I gave the entrance exam and got CSE which was a course I was waiting to persue

Faculty

The avarage class of Kiit university has around 70- 80 students,the computer department has really chill faculties which genuinely help in need where as the mathematics department is not at all helpful

Night Life

The hostel has an in time of 10 pm and allows all male students to join the friends circle for any function or any post collage activity including trips to Central library, late night gyms,cafa & public parks

A well rounded campus life with industry oriented growth in college

Placement Experience:

placement at cv raman global university are good especially for cse/it . student becomes eligible from the 7th semester and compinies like TCS, infosys, wipro,capgemini, cognizant and ibm visit regularly. the highest package is around 15 lpa and average package about 4 to 5 lpa . aroud 80 to 90 % of cse/it student get placed. while non core branch recive fewer core offer but still get it/services opportunities. after my degree, i pland to start my carrier to higher studies for making me as a proffersor.

My Campus Life

Placement Experience:

After your 7th semi you will be eligible for campus placements Several reputed companies such as infosys,Wipro etc have visited our campus around my graduation time. The highest package offered was 6 LPA by infosys for the role of Data analyst while the average package stood at around 2.5 LPA to 3.2LPA . Approximately 60% or 6.5 CGPA secured students will be eligible for placements through campus drives. After obtaining my degree, I plan to Pursue higher studies like Mtech in a IIT'S or Niit hence i prepared for Gate 2 yrs .But meanwhile i was preparing for to get a job to take the responsibility of family so i started my carrer a a software developer.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is relevant enough to teach you all the basics you would require in engineering though some of the courses can be changed and in place of those new courses can be addded for example for non physics student teaching them quantum mechanincs and that too the old quantum mechanics doesent seem to make sense . The exams are not so frequent and the papers can be rated as moderate

KIIT has lost it's eminence and it's fame for quality education and good placement records

Placement Experience:

Placement record is not so good.. companies like Microsoft and Google have blacklisted KIIT due to poor performance and mismanagement by the KIIT in providing with the right candidates. KIIT shortlists students in basis of multiple tests taken on platforms like AMCAT and on that basics provides the profiles of best performing candidates to the companies invited for campus hirings regardless of the field and job specifications and requirements, so basically KIIT has a very below average performance Training and Placement Cell as they lack decision making and management skills to segregate candidates for hirings according to their skills and not by their general scores and CGPA. NOTE: Companies have shown least interest in KIIT for last 2 years and the poor performance of previous batches and mismanagement by KIIT authorities. KIIT promises 100% placements but that is actually far from reality.
