The course at Bharti Vidyapeeth offers a comprehensive 4.5-year Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) program, followed by a mandatory 1-year internship. The faculty is highly qualified, with many holding advanced degrees such as MD Ayurveda or MS Ayurveda in specialized fields and contributing to academic research. The internship is designed to provide practical training in medical and surgical procedures, with about half of the students interning at the college's large charitable hospital and the rest at District Hospitals, Regional Hospitals, or Primary Health Centers.

However, no stipend is offered for the internship. The tuition fee is 4.5 lakhs per year, increasing by 5% annually, totaling approximately 28-30 lakhs for the entire degree.
