The college admission process begins with selection through the All India Quota on a government platform, followed by an online procedure managed by the college. It maintains a 1:10 faculty-to-student ratio, ensuring personalized attention and interaction. The faculty comprises highly qualified individuals, many with postgraduate and PhD degrees. The curriculum includes regular lectures, practicals, and unique facilities like cadaver physiology practice and an Ayurvedic library. Personal and academic issues are addressed through a teacher ward system with weekly meetings.
Each department has 7-8 faculty members for student support. The Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) program costs approximately 4.5 to 4.7 lakhs annually, with a 5-10% yearly increment, totaling around 24-25 lakhs, excluding hostel fees. No college scholarships are available, but government scholarships can be accessed by eligible students. The program includes a compulsory one-year internship at Bharati Vidyapeeth Ayurvedic Hospital, split between its own and other hospitals, without a stipend.
Additional costs for journals and materials are excluded from tuition, and postgraduates receive no stipend or campus employment opportunities.
