DY Patil University School of Ayurveda was established in 2004. It has been approved by the Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM), Department of AYUSH, and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in New Delhi. The school has a separate ayurvedic hospital within it. The school offers a UG course and 12 different PG programs in Ayurveda. It also offers 4 different diploma courses, a Ph.D. program, and a certificate course. DY Patil University School of Ayurveda was ranked 55th by NIRF among the top universities in India.

DY Patil University School of Ayurveda Admissions 2024
Admissions to DY Patil University School of Ayurveda is done based on the NEET score. If the candidate acquires the eligible score in the NEET examination then he or she can apply to the school by either filling the application form online or by applying directly (offline) at the Ayurveda school. The candidates can register themselves for counseling online. For admission in PG courses, the admission is done on the basis of NEET PG.
DY Patil University School of Ayurveda Placement
DY Patil School of Ayurveda provides an internship of 1 year for the students. The students must serve 6 months internship in the hospital in the college and must serve 6 months internship in Government hospitals in various rural and urban areas. In this period of 1 year, the students attain enough training and are eligible to serve in hospitals after the completion of the internship.
DY Patil University School of Ayurveda Facilities
The school offers the following facilities to cater to the needs of the students as well as faculty members:
Conference Room – Conference room is fully provided with central air conditioner and can able to seat numerous students at the same time. It consists of a large projection screen and an LCD projector with USB ports.
Laboratories – The college has various laboratories to aid the students with practical learning.
Library – The library is equipped with a unique collection of rare books. It also consists of various national and international journals for the reference of students.
Hospital – Hospital within the college consists of 152 beds for the outpatients. Professional and well-experienced doctors and staffs are present in the hospital. Hospital functions everyday 24x7.
Pharmacy – Pharmacy is attached with the ayurvedic hospital and is helpful for the outpatients visiting the college hospital.
DY Patil University School of Ayurveda Faculty
DY Patil University School of Ayurveda consists of 70 teaching faculties in 14 different departments. In addition to that 40 non-teaching staffs like a lab technician, lab assistant, museum keeper, cashier, accountant, peon, lifter, etc are also present in the Ayurveda school. Then 44 hospital staffs are present in the ayurvedic hospital in the school of Ayurveda.

The exams are held every month which are called periodic
They are of 15 marks and are online
After 6 months there are terms and total 3 semester in 1.5 year
After 1.5 year. The 1 year is completed and last year is on 1 year and of internship

First year the college fees is 6 lakh and by the year it will increase by 3 percent yearly and at the end of the course the total fees would be 30 lakh and above in total
There is no such scholarship provided the our medical college
College events and various activities
Yes the events in our colleges do happen but being the medical student not that much exposure is being provided to us honestly
But they do make us involve in the hobbies we are generally interested in

The faculty for each department is different and includes at least 5 professors
The course is of 5.5 years and 1 year includes the internship
In our course the marks are basically based on the knowledge you have
What does student says about college
I chose this college over any other college because as compared to other colleges the infrastructure of my college is far better than that of the others also the facility are damn good and hygienic and clean
And they are up to the latest technology
Night life inside the campus
The nightlife is amazing in the campus because of the beautiful infrastructure of our college which lightens up in the evening
And also on the weekends tha jamming sessions happen in our college which is the stress buster
Pratyush is held which has many events there's a week full of events different days are held
Faculty is good ,anti ragging campus , good environment
Ganpati and navratri is celebrated together it's amazing
Dislikes
Only problem of college is it's expenses , even the building is not separate for ayurveda there's school of small kids and also hospital on 1st floor Even after paying 8 lakh college doesn't provide any lockers for students

Next is the campus and the environment is really good
There's lot of events for fun in the college even concerts are held which are actually joyful
And intership is also there for last 1 year where 6 month it's in college and other 6 month it's in other hospitals

With 4 marks in AIAPGET, it’s unlikely you will get admission to DY Patil University, School of Ayurveda Navi Mumbai, through the regular counselling route, because most seats are filled by candidates with much higher AIAPGET ranks and qualifying scores (closing general category ranks ranged around 5,000 – 12,900), and qualifying marks are above 86–101 marks for Ayurveda PG eligibility.
