Course curriculum is quite futuristic and provide use progressive education training scheme to impart, through training both practical and theoretical knowledge of every phase of hotel, catering and institutional management. Students are provided with industry experience from the first year. Industrial visits are planned almost every month giving each and every student to show their talent and expose themselves to the atmosphere. Faculties at D. Y. Patil shts are a nice blend of academically and professionally experienced people. This gives them a rich viewpoint that combines the practical with the theory. The student-faculty relation is more of a two way than a one way interaction.
