• Direct entry to the candidates into the third year, if they have completed a 3 year diploma program in Hotel Management after 10+2, from any recognized board in India or Abroad.

Eligibility Criteria

• Students interested in pursuing PhD in Hospitality and Tourism should have a minimum 55% in the Master’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Candidates need to appear for the PET exam, followed by an Interview, and tentative research proposal.

Selection Process

• Admission is through counselling based on the marks obtained in the PET exam conducted by D.Y. Patil University, followed by an Interview.
• Candidates are shortlisted for the interview, on the basis of performance in PET exam.
