Likes

Availabities of scholarship can be used widely to get financial help.
There are annual fest all year and other celebration over the special occasions .coming to sports it supports sports very well it's a good college join and see why should i ruin the surprise, i hope you all enjoy it
Campus , the faculty members are very friendly and they help there best for the students

Dislikes

Politics is sometimes misused , so fights used to be there. Still manageable
Some teachers seem not to care or are too full of themselves and reduce internal marks for basically nothing
Anyone can go inside the campus and there is no restrictions

Likes

The career development oppurtunities provided by the college.
The courses offered by the college for students.
The fee structure that is affordable for every common man.

Dislikes

The behaviour of some faculties towards the students.
The class timing from 9.30 to 5.30 is very difficut.
The hectic work scedule for students during academics.

Placement Experience:

Placements are from end of third semester. Federal Bank, Icici bank, Icici Prudential, Burger paints, Cafe coffee day, Reliance etc are coming for placements. More than 95% are getting placed in placement drive.

Likes

Placements in the college are good and packages are really attractive
The overall campus life in the campus is so good
Experienced faculty and good infrastructure

Dislikes

Security behaviour in the whole university is a bit consenrning
The parking space in the college is less
Lots of street cows roaming around the campus

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester, students are eligible for campus placements. The companies include federal bank ICICI Bank, Turn B, DHL, Reliance, Kellogg's, and Kimji Ramdas. The highest package was done by Kimji Ramdas for around 21 lakhs per annum. Around 90% of students are placed. My plan is to get placed after the completion of the course.

Glimpses of SMS CUSAT

Likes

The vast campus infrastructure is really beautiful
The central library with it endless collections of books, articles ,journals is very supportive for students

Dislikes

Some college hostels needed to be renovation because it is built in 90s

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is really good . We have 95% placements and the return on investment is high in comparison with the fees paid. The average package is 8lpa and highest package is 22lpa. The major recruiters are federal bank, icici bank, max, tcs, dhl,deloitte, walkrao

A look into inside of School of Management Studies, CUSAT

Likes

Good infrastructure, the return on investment is high because the gee structure is very less and we do have good placement.
Freedom level is high, nobody is concerned about what individual students do. So students have power and freedom

Dislikes

The feel of being into B school won't be getting from here. Its just a feelig collgee vibe
The college timing is 9.30 to 5.30 ,so its hectic and its more a kind of bookish learning

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in the beginning of third semester. Around 95% students get placed through campus placement. Highest package is 23lpa and average package is 8lpa. The major companies are: khimji Ramdas, federal Bank,ICICI bank, Max, jio, CCD,DHL, walkrao

A good campus which helps build your career

Experienced teaching faculties with years of experience
Good opportunities to showcase our talent in various programs

Lack of a good auditorium in the sms campus
The lengthy class timings from 9.30 to 5.30
Lack of involvement of teachers in placements and internships

Placement Experience:

Almost 95% of students gets placed, over 144 offers are made by a multitude of companies such as EY, TCS, wipro, walkaroo etc. the highest CTC is around 20 lakh and average package is around 8 lakh. I hope to land a job at a finance/ accounting firm with a good CTC and opportunity to develop my skills.

School of Management Studies CUSAT is good.

Likes

Affordable fee structure, Good hostel facility.
CUSAT is a big University and it provides us enough opportunities to network.
Highly qualified faculty and timely exams.

Dislikes

The infrastructure is not up to the mark.
The faculty involvement can be improved in the placements.
Campus space can be improved and more recreational areas can be added.

Placement Experience:

Our placements from the School of Management Studies CUSAT will begin by the third semester onwards. The majority of the class will get placed with the highest package of 21 lakhs and the average package of 8.5 lakhs. I am preparing for the placements.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because of the placement opportunities that it offers. The faculty that is currently present is well-qualified, and the faculty-student ratio is also great. The exams were fairly easy to pass.

The placements are excellent compared to peer-level institutes in the state. The highest package has crossed 15 lac per annum. Eighty to ninety percent of the students get placements, and most of them bag more than a single offer as well.
