#50 out of 100 universities under “Overall University Category”

#151-200 out of 300 colleges under “Engineering Category”

The Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) is one of the best and highly ranked engineering institutes. The prestigious and prominent National Ranking Agency NIRF 2023 has placed VTU at 52^nd position under the engineering category and 92^nd in the overall category. Apart from this, several other global rankings organizations and surveys such as Edurank and Unibank have ranked VTU.

To many Vehicles on the road at the time of the morning college time
Improper parking and Traffic role Violations at the time of peak hours.
Traffic Congestion is mainly happens when a large number of people travel at the same time - usually at the time of college open time at morning.

Internships Opportunities:

- for my classmates got the IISc internship with future job as wel as higher studies oportunities. -Project Title : Tensile Strength Using TRM with optimised mortars Task - Consucting experimental studies on (TRM) Outcome - It is significantky improved the tensile strength, crack resistance and overall durabilities of TRM.

Core EEE placement opportunities can be improved.
Academic workload and assignments can be heavy at times.
Strict attendance rules and less flexibility for students.

Internships Opportunities:

RNS Institute of Technology provides good internship opportunities for students. Many students get internships through college support as well as by applying externally. Companies offering internships are mostly from IT and some core sectors. Roles include software development, testing, and basic engineering roles. Some internships provide stipends, while others are unpaid but help in gaining experience. Students also work on mini projects and internships during semester breaks, which help in improving practical knowledge and skills. The college encourages students to do internships and provides guidance through faculty. Overall, internship opportunities are good and help students gain industry exposure.

Very good compus and facilities are also very good .
Lecture and staffs and head of department are also very good faculties and very caring .
Good lecture and with neat explanation and all laboratory facilities componets are there good library

Dislikes

Only one thing I dislike there are 5 flores but no lift is there
Need to make one lift for Student comfortable
Need to make more campus interview schedules

Internships Opportunities:

I have done with two projects one is luggage security system And one more is smart card that single card can be used every where in aur college like bus pass for library for office purpose for id purpose and all.

Placements are really good in this college
There are many technical events including hack fest and workshops

Internships Opportunities:

There are many internship opportunities from our college. Companies come and hire students for small projects and training purposes. Students get recruited as trainee or juniors in their companies. Students get mini project to complete in the recruited company.

Faculty is more interactive. Each mentor will be given students to guide throughout.
We have activities, clubs, and co-curricular activities.
Regular hackathons and technical activities will be conducted to increase the technical knowledge of the students.

Dislikes

Better training can be provided for all branches
Hostel food can be improved with reference to taste
Scholarships must be given to all irrespectve of their gender

Internships Opportunities:

Students are supposed to do internships only at VTU affiliated companies. Placement cell also brings companies related to vtu affiliated companies for internship. If students don't get any internships then VTU provides us with Skill enhancement courses where it can be done online.

sairam college of engineering provides internship opportunities through its training and placement cell, which hepls students connect with companies and industries. the college encourages students to participate in certification progarms like aws, red hat , etc. some students have completed internships in comapnies like ventures and other private organisations overeall, internship opportunities are available , but students often need to take initiative to apply and make the most out of them

Likes

The placement cell is really active. Even for management students, the opportunity to sit for top companies like Bosch or Adobe is the same. They start training us on coding and soft skills quite early, which is a huge plus.
The campus is beautiful and green, which makes it a nice place to hang out between classes. It’s located in a good spot in Bangalore (RR Nagar), so getting around or finding good food nearby is never an issue.
Most of the professors are very experienced. If you show interest, they are actually willing to help with projects or research. The mentorship here helps, especially when you're trying to figure out which tech stack to specialize in.

Dislikes

While the campus is green, some of the labs and older buildings really need a refresh. The equipment in a few labs feels a bit outdated compared to the high management fees we pay
The college is quite strict about the 85% attendance rule. It can be frustrating when you want to spend more time on self-study or personal projects, as you're forced to sit through every single lecture.
In branches like CSE and ISE, it’s actually decent, maybe around 1:2 (girls to boys). However, in branches like Mechanical, it’s almost entirely boys.

Internships Opportunities:

At RNSIT, internship opportunities are quite good, especially for CSE and ISE branches. Many students get internships through campus placements in companies like Bosch, Adobe, and Texas Instruments. Roles offered are usually Software Development Intern or Data Analyst, with stipends ranging from ?20,000 to ?50,000 per month. During these internships, students work on real-time projects like web application development or automation tools. These projects help us understand how industry-level coding and deployment work. The college is also supportive in providing the necessary permissions for long-term internships in the final year, which often convert into full-time job offers (PPO). It’s a great way to gain practical experience before graduating.

Our college placement are good, day by day the well companies are visiting.
The faculty's expertise in their domains and very helpful.
In our college the enterprise ship culture is very good. if a student have a real world problem solving idea he/she want to grow it our college will provide fund.

Dislikes

In our college hackathon culture is not good.
They are no clubs in our college , internship Will provide in 7th sem and we have apply the intership to the registered companies to our college.
In our college only national level tecno cultural fest is their called YUKTI, no ,more functions

Internships Opportunities:

Recently my senior got summer internship in Accenture with 30000 per month stipend,he got 3 month internshipand he got and software development role. And another student got internship in infosys with a 25000 per month stipend.
